Chapter 23 - Chapter 21: A Day of Music and Connections

The next morning, Pia eagerly headed to the recording studio, her heart filled with excitement. The day was dedicated to bringing her and Raj's collaborative song to life. They dove into discussions about the song's nuances and emotions, pouring their hearts into the music. The hours slipped away unnoticed, and before they knew it, it was already midnight.

Exhausted but exhilarated by the creative process, Pia was ready to return to her hotel. Her friends had come to pick her up, but Raj, concerned for her well-being, insisted that they all have dinner together. He pointed out that Pia hadn't eaten anything since morning.

Reluctantly, Pia agreed, and they found a nearby restaurant. Over dinner, laughter and chatter filled the air as they discussed music, life, and their newfound friendship. Pia bid them goodnight with a heart full of gratitude and headed back to her hotel room, feeling content yet utterly exhausted.

When she settled into her room, she noticed a series of missed calls from Teo. Feeling guilty for not picking up, she decided to call him back. Teo's voice was warm as he explained, "I was worried about you, so I called."

Pia felt touched by his concern. "I'm sorry I couldn't answer earlier. I was busy with the recording," she replied with sincerity.

Teo's smile was evident even through the phone. "No problem. I'm just glad you're okay."

As they continued to talk, Pia's exhaustion got the better of her. She fell asleep while still on the line. On the other end, Teo noticed her gentle breathing and decided to stay connected, not wanting to disturb her peaceful slumber.

When Pia finally woke up, she saw that Teo had been on the line for more than two hours. She couldn't help but smile at his dedication. "I'm sorry for keeping you on the line for so long," she said as she stretched and yawned.

Teo's voice was filled with warmth. "I didn't mind. I enjoyed listening to your breathing."

Pia blushed slightly at the sentiment. She found herself growing more curious about Teo with each passing day, and their late-night conversations only deepened their connection.

With a newfound energy, Pia realized she was running late for a shoot. She quickly got ready and called Raj to apologize for her tardiness. She suggested bringing along Kabir and Tiya, as they had become her closest friends during her time in Goa.

Pia, Tiya, and Kabir headed to the shoot, ready to embrace another day of adventure and creativity. As they drove to the location, Pia couldn't help but reflect on the connections she had forged in such a short time. Each person she had met in Goa had left an indelible mark on her journey, and she felt grateful for the diverse tapestry of experiences that now colored her life.
