After Rimuru used a bit of his true dragon aura. The entire forest felt it and the entire village got destroyed. The only thing left was...The god himself who unleashed the aura. and far enough you will see Red unconscious. "Uh I think i might have unleashed too much. What should I do Ciel" asked Rimuru to Ciel. Ciel responded {The true Dragons are coming after 6 seconds. 5. 4. 3. 2. 1.}
In less than a second. A dust explosion happened "Red what happened" said a female cold voice. The owner of the voice had white hair with snowlike aura around her. Immediately Delava saw the girl in front of her and said "I'm the True Dragon. Delava. Are you the new true dragon who unleashed the aura?". Of course Rimuru wanted to respond to her but Ciel stopped him.
'What's wrong Ciel. Do you have any suggestions on what to do?' Asked Ciel confused. It was rare for Ciel to stop him unless he's doing something completely dangerous. Preharps Ciel now will say more detailed things. {Yes. You need to collect faith points. You must create a religion in your planet. Faith points are very important in invading other universes and defending your own. To many people it felt like another planet has fell into ROM. while some of the strongest people bowed to the direction of the aura to salute to the gods. Rimuru gained some FP from them. "Wow that's easy I got 0.5 Faith points just by showing off?" but Ciel immediately crushed him. {Master. To make use of FP you need to at least have 100 FP. The strongest FP ever reached was 60000100. we must surpass that.}
"I see. Rimuru tempest? You are quite bold but it seems it's true." Said Delava barely resisting because of his godly aura but it was not much so she barely resisted it. Knowing that no one will be able to be a match for her. "Yes. I'm creating the True Dragon Council. Wanna join?" Said Rimuru when he thought of a idea. Maybe just maybe people will worship me out of rank power. And my power too. He also injured soon to be Guy so he won't ever be able to get better unless he got healed by him. He was planning to heal him but as a cost for him to show his power. he will take his Important position.
"Dragon Council?" Delava thought of this for a second. But the other dragons all came not long after and broke her line of thought. "Oh Delava. You were the fastest one out of us. Your lucky to be the first to meet him. Guess because of snow region is the closest to the forest one?". Said a yellow haired guy. Another dragon also came before Delava could respond. "Hmph" Said a white haired vampire. "Oh Delana? why are you here" Said the yellow haired guy before Delava could respond.
"Why do you always speak before i do? It's not fair." Pouted Delava. 'Well at least I was the first one to come' thinking of this. Delava smiled. "Hello guys are you gonna ignore me here? when I was the one who you are looking for?" Said Rimuru non emotionally. "Oh escuse me. My name is Deleka The oldest of all dragons. But it seems you are older? Who are you? I have never seen you. Did you hide?" said Delaka quite energic and excited but he did not believe it. But he also did not believe a new dragon to be born this strong either. In any case nobody heard Voice of the world ( Created by Rimuru when was adding laws ).
"I'm Rimuru Tempest. I'm here to invite you all and make you stronger in True Dragons Council. Those who are busy with their jobs. I can make copies of them to do their job. I'm the strongest and true oldest dragon of all true dragons. I'm also older than the world itself. I have found this world by mistake. and decided to live in it for a bit then left again. Only to find an encounter to see it again" Said Rimuru obviously lying. He checked Ciel to see if she has any problem with it but she did not respond. Of course Ciel know the answer but she didn't want to spoil it and wanted him to have the best life.
"Hmm I mean sure. I don't mind but we need to see the other true dragons who hasn't come. If you would really cure my boredom by making a copy of me doing my job. Then I thank you. Rimuru" Said the vampire who hasn't talked all of this time. It seems she is busy with her job. It reminded Rimuru of him because after he defeated Yuuki 500 years ago before he became a supreme god. All what he have done was do paper work. It was like a cage. after 6 years. He was quite happy with having peace but the paperwork was too much so he created a copy of himself doing it. Ciel didn't want to remove his responsibilities. But she agreed to it as she knew that too much paperwork may result in negative results so she agreed.
After 10 years of removing his responsibilities. He was still quite busy being worshipped by others. But decided to go on adventures and didn't go to his planet in a very long time. but he was later bored 19 year later so he went to his homeplanet. after all of that he was still quite bored. so he fastpaced time by 10x. when the evolution happened. He went though all that memories and boredem. It quite emotional. and his emotions were unstable. The voice helped him not have any negative effects in his evolution.
In any case all of these years has helped him become quite wise and calm. He did not react too much to things after aging. He still remembered the good memories of Shuna and Shion though...
"Hmm I also don't have any problem with it so. I have also contacted all true dragons and they accepted" Said Deleka. "Hey you haven't contacted me. You wanna fight?" Said Delava. Before Deleka could respond with a laugh. Delava said "Oh well I know you will defeat me because you are *Former strongest* True dragon. In any case i accept your TDC member invitation.
"Alright. Let's prepare" Said the leader of the True dragons council...
