Saskia sighed, "Maybe next time. I don't think I'm ready yet." She said as she slowly took a sip of her drink. Canary nodded her head. "Same here."
Shandara shrugged her shoulders, "If you need me I'll listen." She said with a demure smile. Bellona on the other hand just smiled. They looked onwards and saw Rhistel and Haruki having another drinking competition.
Haruki watched the several adventurers around them get drunk and start talking amongst themselves. Some drown their sorrows, while the others celebrate living another day. Rhistel elbowed Haruki, "Honestly, Kaz... I'm curious. How'd you meet Saskia and Canary?"
He opened his eyes wide and turned towards her, "Honestly, It's a long story. For Canary even more so. So unless they tell you about it first. My lips are sealed." Rhistel clicked her tongue at his words.
