My name is Annie, I am a normal homemaker who got married and I now have a kid who goes to college. My husband is a Handsome man and is of Indian origin, he always tells me how his family in India comes from a line of very powerful kings and devoted worshippers of THe Hindu God Shiva. Hearing this I always tell how my side of the family has its roots in Nordic mythology and are descendants of Nordic kings.
I was very worried about my son's future and his laziness which got me thinking he is gonna have extreme difficulty living in the world of adults. But all that changed when one day I was talking with my husband and I heard my son greeting us good morning, my first reaction was to turn towards the clock and then look back at him.
After registering what had happened I looked at my son, a little worried as to what happened that he had to get up in the morning, but looking at him again I sensed nothing to my relief, and a sense of pride instead came thinking of how my son has finally started taking responsibilities and throwing away his laziness. I looked at my husband to see him having the same reaction. we both looked at each other and then left the thought like that as I saw my son coming toward us. He sat on the sofa and started watching the news with us.
Little did I know that this was the last moment for enjoying peace with my family.
As all hell broke loose when the news stopped and the tv glitched along with ringing head inside my mind. I looked around only to see a screen in front of me as if it's always been like that. I looked towards Ravinder and Neil only to see them looking at me.

Finally, I saw that my father and mother decided to see what happens and my father started moving his finger towards the screen when it automatically opened the inbox before his finger touched the screen. With this, I got to know that the screen can read our thoughts and act according to them. the revelation terrified me as the first thing that crossed my mind is somebody reading all my thoughts.
I could see my father's hands slightly shaking as I think he came to the same conclusion as me but he soon stopped his hand from moving and with his thought opened the message.

Seeing my status the first which came to my mind is, are you sure this is my status!!. What is all this *hidden* in my status, maybe I am the hidden protagonist of this world. But as if to burst my bubble of imagination I heard my mother and father also talking about many things hidden in their status.
Well, there goes my dream of world fame and domination is all that I thought at this moment. Well, then I asked the system to explain its function. After hearing the beep confirming that it heard the command a new screen opened up.

[Quest: This is where the quests are available to be accepted, quests are automatically accepted if it is of benefit to the user the rest are up to the user]
Getting a primary idea of how and what the system is. I was excited to explore the shop when a screen automatically opened accompanied by a buzz.

Startled by the sudden buzz, I calmed myself and thought about opening the quest tab.
A new screen appeared and information was displayed.

But before I could read till the end my screen turned red and warning signs appeared everywhere on the screen.

Huuhhh what happened to my quest for unlocking magic. I turned towards my parents to ask them what their quest was only to know that their quest was the quest to find out about their past. well, I told them that I got another quest and cannot go with either of them.
well here comes the questioning part I braced for the round of questioning I am going to get looking at the confusion on both my parent face. Should I tell them the truth or not?
