"Brother, please..." Elisa pleaded.
Henrie turned to the side and looked at Elisa's face. It was enough to tell him that she was scared.
She might not fear the punishment Henrie would like to bestow on Eleanor or fear Eleanor's death. Rather, she might fear being found out that she ratted Eleanor out.
"Brother, Eleanor knows where Lady Runa is. If you hastily kill her now, we might not be able to find out where she is," Elisa whispered, her voice filled with concern, wary of anyone overhearing their conversation.
That was right. Elisa finally talked some sense into Henrie's mind. He had to be mindful of how he approached this issue and how to bring Eleanor to the court without involving Elisa.
Moreover, he needed her alive, at least until he learned about where she kept Runa.
