Chapter 10 - Anger of Karna

Exhaling a sigh, Suryadev continued, "Devi, believe me when I say that the child shall be cherished and loved by these parents, and I shall content myself with glimpsing his visage." A twinge of sorrow mingled with apprehension, for even though he was in such close proximity to his child, he was inexplicably unable to touch or cradle him in his arms.

As the ethereal conversation unfolded between the divine Surya Dev and the celestial goddess Devi Ganga, a wondrous spectacle took place—Karna, the valiant warrior, stirred from his slumber, his eyes fluttering open dramatically.

In that profound moment, before Devi Ganga could respond to Surya Dev's words, both of them beheld Karna's awakening. The sight of the innocent smile gracing the countenance of this divine child warmed Surya Dev's heart, like the blossoming of a rare and resplendent flower.

Karna's Perspective:

As I emerged from my slumber, my senses embraced the sight of a captivating lady cradling me in her arms. She exuded a divine beauty, surrounded by an aura of motherly love. On the other side stood a man shimmering with a radiant light that could have blinded the mortal eye, yet it was a soothing and comforting brilliance.

This man instantly captured my attention, not due to any overtly divine aura, but because of an inexplicable resonance that united us. It was as if we were never separate entities, but two souls intricately connected, a profound bond that defied earthly explanation. In his presence, I felt a longing to know his identity—an identity that carried the strength of ancient intuitions, only augmented by his demigod status.

Unveiling his celestial powers, I called out in my mind, "Hey System kun, are you there?"

[Yes, host.]

"Reveal to me the name of this extraordinary man," I demanded.

[Host, this man is none other than the Sun God, Surya Dev, as you perceive him.]

The system's answer struck me with astonishment, as I now comprehended the profound connection I had sensed earlier. It was the sacred bond of bloodline—a reunion of parts with their origin—the connection of a father and son that transcended all earthly realms. My heart swelled with joy, for now, I beheld the great Surya Dev, who would have even stood against the mighty Devraj Indra to protect me.

This heartfelt moment did not escape the observant eyes of Lord Mahadev and Devi Parvati in their divine abode on Mount Kailash. Witnessing this recognition of father and son between Karna and Surya Dev, they smiled with ineffable warmth, knowing that it was the path to calm the unbound rage within Karna's heart.

But even amidst the joy, Devi Parvati expressed concern, "My lord, what if this fleeting smile does not linger? What fate awaits Karna then?"

Mahadev responded with an enigmatic and mystical smile, "Devi, let us not fret about the unknown future. Let us observe what unfolds now that Karna has awakened."

In the boundary of existence, as Karna's delightful smile met the approving gaze of Surya Dev, Devi Ganga could no longer withhold her emotions. Unable to contain her admiration, she addressed Surya Dev with tender affection, "Deva, can you not see how fondly he looks upon you? His smile radiates with affection for you." With gentle care, she uncovered Karna, revealing him to Surya Dev as they had discussed before.

Upon hearing her words, Surya Dev returned the smile, though deep within his radiant appearance, a pang of longing tugged at his heart. He yearned to embrace his own son, to shower him with paternal love, but fate had decreed otherwise.

Hidden from Devi Ganga and Karna, a sense of unease began to dwell within Karna, a foreboding sensation as if some malevolent force lurked nearby. Yet, he could not pinpoint the cause of this distress.

In that moment, an instinctual impulse guided Karna's gaze towards Surya Dev, as swift as a lightning bolt. This sudden change in the child's expression startled everyone present, as his cheerful countenance turned somber.

Desiring to restore Karna's smile, Surya Dev beamed at him, but his efforts were in vain.

With a heavy heart, Surya Dev let out a deep sigh, "Devi, take the child to that couple; they shall become his loving parents. On the riverbank, you will find the man destined to raise him." As Surya Dev's image began to fade amidst the flickering flames and dazzling light, a touch of sorrow lingered in his eyes, concealed from all.

As Surya Dev departed, Karna felt a tinge of disappointment within, as he could not embrace the unfortunate father he had read about in ancient texts. Throughout history, his children often bore the burden of various responsibilities, leaving them with little time to share with their father. Even Shani Dev, the stern punisher, had a tumultuous relationship with Surya Dev, as depicted in numerous stories where conflicts arose.

Meanwhile, Devi Ganga dissolved into the waters, carrying Karna's destiny in a bucket, guided by her divine purpose. She moved with utmost care, following Surya Dev's instructions to find the destined couple to embrace and nurture this remarkable child.

While this all was happening, karna was thinking and decided with complete determination that he would absolutely help his father, surya dev, and there was definitely anger behind this determination to punish those who will disturb or hurt his father. After which he start to check the system, and found the Many notifications which immediately bombarded his head like barrage of attacks.
