Prologue

"You are an insult to this league! And you dare to call yourself a prince? What a heinous joke!"

A towering, bearded man spoke, his words accompanied by the rumbling thunder as he pointed towards a kneeling young man, bruised and battered, in front of him.

"We had an agreement. We pledged to never harm a fellow tale, especially a god tale at that! What are you thinking!"

An elegant yet stern woman followed. Her eyes filled with anger, as her domineering presence was enhanced by a burning halo glow.

"I am not... I'm not who you're looking for. I'm innocent,"

The kneeling man replied, coughing up blood between his words. Tears fell onto the glimmering floor and sweat streamed down his forehead in sadness.

"Lies! You have already been proven guilty by this council, and yet you dare to deny your actions? How preposterous! We should swiftly punish him, if I may say," said the hazelnut-skinned man, dressed in his gallibaya. His head was crowned with glorious flames that shimmered within the golden confines of the castle.

"I agree. Prolonging his just punishment is already an insult to us! We should promptly decide on what to do with this sinful excuse of a tale!"

A male warrior spoke in response, tapping the floor with his spear as he signals the others to expedite their decision.

Echoes of suggestions filled the entire room, ranging from the most brutal tortures to the goriest of ideas. These self-proclaimed god tales exchange their thoughts while their defendant trembled under the weight of their accusations.

"Believe me! I am innocent! Please! Don't do this! I am one of you!" The weeping prince screamed, but his cries remained futile, unheard by the self-absorbed gods who could only hear their own voices.

"Silence! All of you! Have you lost your minds? Acting like animals just because you possess power! What sets you apart from wild beasts or those condemned?"

Spoken by an angelic being, whose wings radiated a white glow like the rays of the sun during sunrise. Clad in golden armor, a golden sword in hand, and a golden crown upon his head.

"I shall make my decision, and you may make yours once I have made mine. The Prince of the Eternal Kingdom, you who have sinned and betrayed the laws of heaven, shall be punished. Henceforth, you shall be exiled and cast into Terra. You shall bear the new name of The Prince Exiled By The Heavens and live as an exiled tale, never to return to this lofty palace again. That is my verdict. The verdict of the high king. The verdict of The Angel Servant Who Rose To Kingship."

"I, The Tricked Woman, concur with the verdict,"

The young and beautiful woman wearing a white robe was the first to respond to the verdict. Unlike the other god tales, she was in close proximity to the high king, separated only by a short distance.

"The One-Eyed Wizard also agrees,"

Followed by an old man dressed in a long black robe, a pointed wizard hat, an eye patch, and a long white beard.

"The Golden Lightning Bearer concurs with the verdict,"

"The Burning Light of Sand agrees with the verdict,"

The thunderous bearded man and the hazelnut-skinned man spoke simultaneously. Now, half of the council has agreed to the verdict. The prince wept inconsolably as he pleaded with the gods to change their minds.

"The Four-Headed Directions wishes to abstain from making a decision. I will remain neutral and shall not participate in harming an old comrade in arms,"

The four-headed titan declared. As the prince heard this, a glimmer of hope emerged, and he thought to himself...

'Maybe there are some here who can defend me. There is still a chance for me.'

"The Dragon of Swords does not agree with the verdict. I request a further trial,"

said the man in the changshan. He gazed at the prince, smiled, nodded his head, and then turned his attention to the high king.

"Your request is denied. We have already conducted a fair trial and proven his wrongdoing. Now it is time for the punishment,"

replied the high king sternly.

"The One Who Descended From The Heavens and Established His Own Kingdom, concurs with the verdict,"

A man dressed in hanbok said, raising his glass to the prince and taking a sip of his taiju.

"The Winner of Chaos also agrees,"

"The Brightest Sun agrees with the verdict,"

Followed by the warrior and the haloed goddess. The outcome was clear. The verdict was now valid and would be enforced upon the exiled prince.

"You are making a grave mistake! I am innocent! I neither possess the motive nor the ability to harm the other gods as you claim," pleaded the prince.

"Silence! My verdict is final, and you shall be cast into Terra immediately. Do you have any final words before I condemn you to the earth?"

The high king listened to the prince's words. The prince lifted his head and locked eyes with the angelic being standing before him.

'I am innocent, but it seems futile to plead to these accursed gods. If I am to be exiled to Earth, then I will surely seek my revenge. I have been accused, harmed, and condemned without even being given a chance to prove my innocence. I will take my revenge. Yes, I will do just that. I will sever your heads one by one until the sky turns red, and I... I will feast with gladness and rule over the heavens.'

He thought to himself, a smirk forming on his face. The prince found his resolve, and he responded proudly to the high king.

"You will see me again. Not as a prince, but as a king. While I may not have harmed you this time, I will certainly do so in the future. Mark my words."

With a swift motion of his sword, the high king banished the prince, casting him down to Terra, to Earth. As the exiled prince descended from the heavens, thoughts of revenge flooded his mind, accompanied by countless strategies on how to achieve it.

His bruised and battered appearance quickly transformed, revealing an enchanting and charismatic beauty. He shrank and adapted to fit into the earthly realm. He was now truly exiled. This marked the birth of The Prince Exiled By The Heavens.

Meanwhile, back at the golden palace, the god tales rejoiced over their decision to dispose of the unjust prince.

"He truly believed he could escape that fate. Yes, we know he is not the true culprit, but it is crucial for us to proceed with our plans," stated the man in hanbok.

"He will undoubtedly be a persistent annoyance. Congratulations, high king, another triumph for this council," the warrior god remarked, tapping his spear and bowing to the angel.

"Now, let us proceed with our next agenda. One-Eyed Wizard, you may begin the briefing," commanded the high king.

"Oh, certainly. Now, after dispatching numerous tales under our command, we have deduced a highly precarious situation on Earth. You see, a large group of the damned has been detected, taking on various earthly forms on Terra. While they have been covertly passive thus far, we remain uncertain of their objective," began the wizard, projecting a holographic representation of the Earth. Several blinking red lights indicated the presence of the creatures they referred to as the damned.

"The damned are on the move? What are they doing on Earth? Have our troops reported any unusual behavior or actions taken by them?" inquired the goddess, studying the hologram intently.

"None. They have simply been living among humans, blending into society," replied the wizard.

"They are gathering information, adapting to their surroundings. They aim to incite an uprising. We are well aware of the damned's desire to strike at us from behind. They are merely biding their time," the warrior shared his insights on the urgent issue.

"In addition to the damned, there are also others who have taken up residence among humans, such as the Datronei and the Seraeph," added the wizard.

"What is the meaning of this? Multiple adversaries residing on Terra? High king, was it a mistake to exile the prince to Earth?" questioned the haloed goddess.

"While we could easily crush those insignificant scoundrels with the limited power they possess, it is disconcerting to witness their significant numbers congregating in one location," added the hazelnut-skinned man.

"I hear you, my people. We have been hesitant to take action, but seeing how our enemies have been swiftly amassing their forces, I believe it is time for us to turn the tide. The Winner of Chaos, the Dragon of Swords, and the One Who Descended From The Heavens and Established His Own Kingdom, the three of you shall be our commanding generals. Tricked Woman, along with the One-Eyed Wizard, you will oversee intelligence and medical operations. Golden Lightning Bearer, Burning Light of Sand, and the Brightest Sun, return to your pantheons and be prepared to heed my call. Four-Headed Directions, you shall handle resource management. Now, prepare yourselves... for we are heading towards Ragnarok."
