I submitted the files and he chuckled.
"Are you done with it? " He asked and I replied.
"Yes, I'm done with the files, I need to prepare for the presentation" I told him and he nodded.
"Can you do it? Ben would have been the one to do it but because he needs to be at that site and I entrusted no one in my sites" He said and I chuckled.
"I can do it, Come on" I replied and he nodded again.
I walked out and heaved down, I just needed to defend the project just as Mr Ben taught me, I won't mind if there is Mrs Abigail or not.

I breathed out several times before walking into his office.
"Skylar, you can do this" I encourage myself.
"Sir it's time" I told him and he stood up.
"Move closer, Sky" He called the short form of my name and I did so, he raised his both hands and placed it at the side of my head.
He surprised me by placing a soft kiss on my forehead.
"I trust you, You can do this, we need to do everything to win this project once more" He stroked my hair down and I chuckled.
"I know and I promise to make the project yours" I promised him and he chuckled.
"I believe in you" He mumbled and I smiled.
I don't think I can hurt him anymore, I'm afraid I can't , he trusted me already.
"Vincent, I love you" I mumbled and without caring about us being in the office, I placed a kiss on his soft lips and at first he was tense before he reciprocated.
We expressed our feelings to each other so much. I love him and I'm afraid I'm gonna betray Mrs Abigail for him.
"I love you too" He replied and I pulled away.
"That was hot" He said and I chuckled.
"Come on sir, The driver is waiting, Let's go proclaim the project" I said in the final tone and he chuckled.

We arrived at Mr Quin's Company and amazingly, they finished the construction of the hall already and it looks so beautiful.
"Wow, the Hall construction has been completed and it looks more beautiful. '' I told him and he smiled.
"Really? That's great" He replied, " A young lady we met the last time we came here walked up to us.
"Welcome Mr Vincent" She said and escorted him to one of the top seats while I sat opposite to the seat.
Minutes later, the board of meeting arrived and sat at the audience seat while Mr Quin's Secretary I guessed stood in front to address us.
"Today, We have the final stage of this huge project between The JB company and AB construction, Good Luck to each party" She said and was applauded by the people.
I stood up, took a heaved breath while walking forward, I need to do this for him. I look around the hall, Is Mrs Abigail not coming?
I bowed slightly and smiled.
"I'm Skylar Whitfield, I'm the Representative for the JB company presentation for this project" I smiled and I was applauded by few while some kept glaring at me. Well, I'm careless.
I started my speech and just like Mr Ben had taught me and I'm being proud of myself immediately I saw most of the directors smiling that means I'm flowing well.
I was about ending my speech when Mrs Abigail entered with so much of her powerful aura.
I quickly ended my speech and I was applauded, I looked at Vincent and he had this smile on his face.
Mr Quin's Secretary moved forward with a huge smile.
"It was an Impressive presentation by JB company, now It AB construction" He said and a guy walked out, yeah I recognize him, His name is Hayden, Mrs Abigail's secretary.
He adjusted his glasses and started his presentation but I could tell I did much better than him.
We came to the end of the presentation and Mr Quin himself walked forward with a huge smile.
"It has been an Excellent Presentation between the two parties and I appreciate the both parties for wanting to have this huge contract with me but I must say A winner will always be a winner" He said and I breathed down.
I looked at Vincent and he had this calm face while I looked at Mrs Abigail, she looked eager to hear the result.
"JB company won the contract," he said and I gasped in joy. Omg! We won! We won the contract! Vincent beamed with a smile but the look on Mrs Abigail got me cracked. She stood up in anger and walked out while I only smiled.
Vincent stood up and we were applauded.
" I will like Mr Vincent to give his own speech" Mr Quin said and he walked to the front with his walking cane.
"I really appreciate everyone for their support and most especially, My secretary, she really amazed me today and Thanks again Mr Quin for this great opportunity" He said with a big smile and he was applauded.

We walked out of the Company and I breathed out.
"You really did well" He chuckled and I smiled.
"I did it, We won! Mr Ben will be so proud of me" I said boastfully and he chuckled.
"I'm proud of you also, You should have a promotion for this" He said and My eyes widened.
"Promotion?" I asked and he nodded.
"Holy Goodness! Don't tell me I'm getting promoted" I exclaimed and he chuckled.
"Come closer, let me tell the position you are getting promoted to" He said and I brought my ear closer to him.
"My Heartthrob" He chuckled and started walking away, making me Blush widely.
"Come on Vincent" I whined and he pouted.
"Sir let me help you" The driver said about opening the door for him but what happened made my heart stop.
He was shot! The bullet came from nowhere and just like everything stopped!
My eyes widened and I gasped.
"Vincent!!!!! " I exclaimed.
