"Cutie boo" The tiny voice that I once love speak up and that triggered something in my heart that I once loved her.
" Nina, why did you called? " I asked calmly because I see no reason why she had to call after all what she did to me.
" Why else? I missed you" She said and I scoffed unbelievably, Missed me? Is she trying to mock me or what? There is no way she would missed me.
"Are you out of your mind? You left"I had to reminded her that she left, I showed her love with everything but she betrayed my love and left me.
"Vincent, I'm sorry for everything that I've done, I'm sincerely sorry but please I need your favor" She said and I huffed, So she needs my favor that why she called. I scoffed again as I remember all what she did.
" Despite what you did, you still want a favor from me" I scoffed ridiculously.
" I said I'm sorry but please My Father is dying, I need money to save him"she sobbed and I breathed down. She really needs my favor?
"And why do you think I will help you?" I questioned calmly.
" Because you won't watch my father die when you know you can save him" She said and I scoffed.
" How much is the money?" I asked, she got the answer right though. My conscience will not let me.
" 1million dollar" She replied and I sighed.
" I will send it to you and never in your life call this number again" With that I cut it off and drop the phone on the bed.
I breathed out as my heart pulled me tightly that I once love the girl madly but she left just like others and that is when I sworn just to live a boring life by not having ladies around but deep in me, I needs a woman that will be a light in my darkness. I held my white cane and walked out of the room gently. I heard Mama's footstep closed to me.
"Son, are you okay? What did she say?" She asked and walked me to the living room while I just sighed.
" She needed a favor" I replied and Mama scoffed.
" That bitch still had to guts to call you after what she did? "She scoffed and I nodded.
" She is crazy, Food is ready" She cooed. I inserted my hand into the trouser pocket while using one hand to hold my white cane.
" Mama, I want yo take a tour in the house" I said.
"Are you okay son? " She asked calmly and I nodded. She can worry too much.
"No, I'm fine, i just want to" I replied and she agreed.

Vincent traced his way with the aid of his white cane, he is trying all his best not to remember those times he spent with Nina. But it is not working.

"Really? And i'm sure you look pretty too" He replied and she smile.

"Of course, You are lucky" She chuckled and he smile.

That day, that she came to his office and brought him lunch.
" Hey Cutie boo" He was surprised to heard her voice.
" Baby boo" He called and she pecked his cheek while he smile.

That is how it started and ended because she left, she left him after making him fall deeply for her. Being in a relationship for the past one year, he thought she is the woman for him. But he was wrong, they wouldn't stay.

I walked downstairs and met Anita on the couch smiling to herself as she was on call.
I scoffed and sat opposite to her.
Anita dropped the call and pull a long face looking at me.

" You see yesterday I was given an offer but i'm confused if I should accept it" I told her and she furrowed her brows.

" Tell him you will be his girlfriend and you will use that to be collecting money from him, You can get your sister surgery Within few month" Anita said and just as I was about to say a words.
My phone rang interuppting the moment. I seems surprised at the caller and I show Anita the caller.
She smile and urge me to pick it up quickly.
"Hello" Daniel said from the other side of the phone.
" Have you thought about my offer? " He asked instantly.
" Yes, I've thought about it" I replied while Anita won't stop smiling.
" So what is your answer?" He asked.
