The bad relationship between the Weasley twins and Filch was not without reason.
Yesterday, all night, George and Fred got together to discuss how to retaliate against Filch and let the old guy deflate. In the end, even Lee Jordan also came to discuss this matter.
The results of it were...
The three of them stayed up late and couldn't get up in the morning.
In the end, Albert returned to the dormitory after breakfast and awakened them one by one to prevent them from being late for the morning herbal class.
"So sleepy." While walking, George held a slice of bread in his hand and covered a yawn as he ate.
"If I had known that you two would discuss Filch till late at night I wouldn't have joined both of you" Lee Jordan wiped out the slice of bread in his hand and stared at the slice of bread that had not been touched in Fred's hand and asked, "If you're not going to eat it, give me. I'm not full."
"Who said I won't eat it." Fred quickly put the slice of bread into his mouth and took a bite, then asked, "Want more?"
Lee Jordan looked at Fred disgustedly, turned his head and didn't look at him anymore.
"By the way, after you talked for so long last night, what plans did you make?" Albert asked casually.
"We are going to smash a few big dung bombs at the door of Filch's office," Fred said, feeling a little excited.
"That's it?" Albert felt speechless for a while.
You discussed all night and you got this?
As they were making their way to Conservatory No. 1, they were startled by a sudden scream coming from the aisle up ahead. Everyone turned to look at each other in confusion. As they approached the scene, they discovered that Peeves was hovering in mid-air, holding an ink bottle in his hand. He was shooting ink beads at the students passing by.
Someone was very angry and threw a ball of paper at Peeves, trying to drive it away.
Peeves easily avoided the paper ball and laughed at him. He also threw something at him to avenge others. The ink sprayed out of his mouth made him confused.
The man's face was crooked, but he couldn't do anything with Peeves. In the end, everyone could only cover their heads with books and quickly ran across the corridor.
"Peeves, are you a ghost?" Albert looked at the naughty man in front of him. This was the first time he saw Pippy. This guy has evil black eyes and a big mouth. He was small, and he wore a hat with bells on his head.
Both sides have confirmed their eyes and are a guy full of evil taste.
"What do you mean?" Peeves stared at the four, and a wicked smile appeared at the corners of his mouth. The scalp of the few people was tingling.
"Not, the ghost can't pick up the ink bottle!" Albert drew out his wand and waved forward, shouting, "Protego!"
A large amount of ink poured on the four people was blocked by Albert's Shield Charm.
Even Peeves was stunned as he didn't think a freshman can cast the shield charm.
"Annoying little devil ." After the ink bottle was bounced off by the shield charm Peeves flew away while rudely gesturing towards Albert.
"No wonder everyone hates Peeves." Lee Jordan looked at the ink marks on his body, mad.
"Scourgify!" Albert raised his wand and pointed it at the ink on the ground. The cleaning spell made most of the ink disappears on the ground disappear.
"No need to clean up. Let's leave more footprints in the corridor," suggested one of the twins. They both exchanged a happy glance and halted Albert from cleaning. After all, it was only Filch who would clean the corridor, and Peeves was the one responsible for the mess. The culprit had no connection with them.
"Forget it, let's go!" Albert could not help shaking his head, "Be careful not to be late."
"How did you just do it?" When he came to the entrance of Greenhouse One, George curiously asked what the spell was that Albert used to block the ink.
"It's the shield charm !" Albert looked around the students crowded into the entrance of No.1 Conservatory. Most of them were brutally attacked by Peeves, and there were ink marks on their clothes.
"shield charm?" Fred muttered thoughtfully, "I seem to have heard it somewhere."
"shield charm is a defensive spell, which can block most physical objects and spells," Albert explained casually, he had seen Professor Pomona Sprout coming here. Everyone voluntarily gave passage and asked the Hufflepuff Dean to open the door of Conservatory One.
"Where did you learn it." Lee Jordan asked curiously, "You know a lot of spells."
"This is what I found in an additional book I bought. I learned it after using it, and it took a lot of time." Albert told a little lie that the shield charm was directly mastered by spending blood sweat and tears.
After all, there is no harm in mastering a spell that can protect you.
"It shouldn't be difficult for us. Anyway, you learned it. It looks so cool." When George walked into the greenhouse, his face was full of admiration, "As long as you learn it, you don't have to worry about someone throwing stuff at you or jinxes at you"
Albert couldn't help but roll his eyes at George when he said that.
"What's the matter with you?" Cedric Diggory, who was standing across from Albert, looked at the ink-stained classmate in astonishment.
"It's Peeves, he just sprinkled ink in the hallway, you are lucky, that guy just left," Fred replied gruffly, his pants were splashed with ink so he wasn't safe as well.
"Open "Thousands of Magical Herbs and Mushrooms", our lesson today is to give you a general idea of what is taught in herbal medicine and what you should learn from this course." Pomona Sprout was a short, fat witch with a kind smile on her face. {NO fat shaming, that's just how she is described} In the first lesson of the herbal medicine class, she taught them some of the herbs in the book and their uses.
Albert feels that herbal medicine is very similar to Muggle botany. Students need to learn how to care for and use plants, and understand their magical properties and applications.
Many plants can be used as ingredients in potions and medicines, while others have unique magical effects.
Of course, the representative one is Mandrakes.
Mandrake is a plant with magical properties, which can be used to make potions and also has a strong healing effect.
Pomona introduced them because not all wounds can be cured by magic, Mandrake has a great contribution to the treatment.
Once upon a time, wizards possessed the knowledge of using Mandrake to heal their injuries. They would chop up the Mandrakes and apply them directly to the wounds.
Regarding the current wizards and their use of Mandrakes, even a small amount of the plant's essence can be effective in treating wounds. Additionally, wounds treated with Mandrakes will not leave scars.
One regret is that there aren't many wild Mandrakes left. Currently, most Mandrakes need to be cultivated by hand. Learning how to properly care for Mandrakes is a crucial part of this semester's curriculum, and it's mandatory for all students.
