"Good morning ladies and gentlemen again my name is Prosecutor Eiwel Mateo Degavo. In my opening statement, I mentioned that I would call my three witnesses to testify." He said as he looked at the witnesses.
Mrs. Gwendy Atienza stood up.
"I do solemnly, sincerely and truly declare and affirm that the evidence I shall give shall be the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth." She pledge.
"During that night we heard a loud scream coming from the Sanchez's mansion. Many of us went outisde and looked at the mansion. As I was standing and waiting for someone to open the gate since we're knocking and using the doorbell to know if everything's alright. I saw a shadow who stabbed Mr. and Mrs. Sanchez." She said.
What kind of statement is that? I mean, what's the connection?
Mrs. Hizola stood up and pledged.
"A week before that incident I went to the mansion to visit my brother. They were having a big conflict as if it was Maxen made a big mistake. Maverick was so mad that he can hit Maxen with his hands but he didn't." Mrs. Hizola started.
But Mr. Sanchez's abusing Maxen. Maybe he knows that his sister is watching so he kept his patience long.
The last but not the least, poor Mauve.
He sat but he didn't talk. Mauve just looked down.
See? He can't talk, who's dumb enough to get Mauve as a witness?

"In conclusion, we would ask that you find the defendant guilty, thank you." Eiwel ended.
"Good morning, again I am Defender Primo Louise David the defense lawyer in this case. In the case that the prosecutor has presented to you today there is insufficient proof to convict. If they really saw the defendant's fingerprints do they thoroughly investigated what's the main purpose of that fingerprints? Didn't they analyze that it can be a self-defense? Did their police show bias in their investigation? The defendant does not have to prove her innocence. They have not met that burden. We would ask you to render only verdict that is fair, not guilty." Primo ended.
"Thank you, Jury, for your service today. Court is adjourned. Any attorney may object to a question asked of a witness on the stand or the admission of an exhibit if s/he feels that it does not follow a rule of evidence." Judge Willers said.
After the closing arguement we all walked out of the court and I went to the cafeteria to get some caffeine.
My head's hurting since this morning. It's already twelve o'clock in the afternoon and I am planning to eat my lunch.
I don't have time to communicate with them. My head badly hurts I really want to put an end to this.
"You really do need a rest." I heard Jin's voice from the back.
I looked at her and saw that she's holding two bento box.
"Here eat some," She said and lend me a box.
"How can I rest if she haven't plead not guilty?" I asked her.
"Whatever the result is she needs medication." Jin said that made my brows furrowed.
"No, I don't want her to plead guilty! It's not even her fault! What do you mean by whatever the result is? No Jin, we waited for this moment we wanted to help her." I said as I bang my hands on the table.
"O-Okay, chill Aki." She said.
I let out a heavy sigh and opened the box.
"I'm sorry, I was just being too carried away." I apologized.
"I understand, eat up." She said and smiled.
"You made this?" I asked her because it looks like it is homemade since the food has a lot of cute desings.
"Mhm yeah, is it appetizing and tasty?" She asked immediately.
"I haven't tasted it." I said and looked at her seriously. Jin chuckled and ate her food.
After we ate I bid my good bye to go home and sleep.
I need to sleep since I feel like my body's about to collapse.
I'm full because of that bento box, thanks to Jin I don't need to eat outside.
I took a bath and wore my pajamas. I immediately went straight to bed and closed my eyes.
