Jun and Ryo stood looking at the room around them as energy was flowing through the air. The remaining bits of the destroyed platforms began to float up into the air and come together.
"Reset?" Jun asked his ring. "What does that even mean??"
The ring lit up and spoke, "After every successful completion of a floor, it will reset within the following hour so that the next player can challenge it. You're not suppose to linger on a floor after it's completed."
Ryo scratched his head. "But...what about all the enemies-"
Jun grabbed Ryo's arm. "Let's talk about this later, we have to GO." However, they quickly realized an issue they hadn't thought about before since they decided to stay. Ryo's attack had destroyed all the platforms leading to the other side, and the pool of water that had evaporated was deep. They couldn't even see the bottom from where they stood.
