As Zeus' God Spark collapsed, its potent energy fueling the final attack he was about to unleash, a radiant sphere of whitish blue energy formed around him. Then it compressed, and then compressed again, into a singularity of unfathomable annihilative might.
A God could only be killed by a God. But nothing was stopping a God from killing himself. The world went silent for a moment, then…

The resulting explosion was as though the sky itself was torn apart. A blinding flash of light erupted, its radiance so intense it was as though a thousand suns were fused into one. Lightning bolts, each larger than the ancient trees in the wilderness of Olympus, arced wildly across the skies and carved large chasms into the land below.
