The House of Kaminari.
One of the three Houses that ruled the three Strongholds of Earth. It could be said that, of all three, they stand on a realm of their own and wielded the greatest power, on the surface at least.
However, in truth, the only reason they appear to be the most powerful was because they lorded over one of the most volatile and offensive Edict in existence.
Lightning Edict.
With Lightning Edict, the House of Kaminari stood as the main offensive force of the World Government, a status they shared alongside the House of Winfrey.
However, headed by Touma Kaminari, a man who held in his hand power with an iron grip, the House of Kaminari had taken long strides forward, leaving their mates to eat their dust.
But of course, under the rule of Xavier Winfrey, the House of Winfrey was taking great strides forward, intending to fully catch up to the House of lightning users, while the House of Luca stood stagnant.
