Damian looked up at the skies. It was still night, clearly confirmed by the full moon that hung silently in the dark sky. Below however, was far from silent.
A wave of dark crimson flames blazed through the group of Nulls obstructing their path, and by the time the flames vanished, there was nothing but well… nothing.
The Nulls had been reduced to soot.
Damian's eyes sparkled as he watched the invoker of said flames. Her crimson eyes seems to go a shade deeper as the dark crimson flames burned atop her dainty palm.
Those flames. Damian recognized them, or at the very least, thanks to his extensive knowledge, he recognized the flames by the descriptions he had read in the House of Octavius' massive library.
It was called the Chaotic Blood Edict.
But then, one would think that the very nature of the Edict seems to differ from its name. How could these flames be called Chaotic Blood Edict? Where in it does the concept of 'blood' makes itself known?
