Benjamin's hair seems to shine a notch brighter, and his golden eyes a bit more radiant. With a step, he had vanished, appearing before Damian half a second later, and… he thrust out.
This casual thrust was enough to obliterate any casual Second Sphere existence, but Damian was no casual Second Sphere existence. He took a step to the side, and even while in mid air, he didn't seem to have trouble doing such.
His speed was simply blinding.
But it was at this very moment a change took him by surprise. Benjamin hadn't even withdrew his arm when his eyes shone for a split second, and in the next moment, a deluge of golden flames erupted for the spear, burning the very air to nothingness.
Damian frowned, and stepped through space, arriving directly behind Benjamin before he launched a swift kick.
