Zeus felt his heart palpitating with trepidation. Wasn't this Ares' Demigod son? What the hell was he doing with the Titans? Most importantly, what could have transpired for the Titans to allow him amongst their ranks?
The God King shook himself out of his thoughts. Obviously, this wasn't the time to sate his burning curiosity. Barring Ares' son who had suddenly become much more mysterious to him, there were the obvious giants - both literally and figuratively - he had to confront and somehow defeat, or else all of Olympus was at the risk of total doom.
As such, without even thinking, Zeus instinctively reached out to the artifact. It was the only thing that could secure his victory against the Titans. But then, he froze. There was no… response. He felt… nothing?
