As the tall figure's voice faded, the young man in the distance, with an expressionless face, quietly sealed several selected corpses into a scroll before turning and walking towards him.

The three of them stood together. The man in the lead glanced lightly into the distance, his eyes flickering with an unknown gleam, and the corners of his mouth slightly curled up.

"Swish!"

With a soft sound, the three suddenly disappeared from where they stood, leaving behind a blood-soaked battlefield filled with corpses and a Konoha ninja with a stunned expression.

"Boom!"

A heavy sound suddenly echoed on the massive rocky mountain.

On top of the high hill, a massive, colorful serpent charged down the mountain with reckless abandon, seemingly ignoring the solid rocks in its path.

As it descended, it smashed through large rock barriers, creating the noise that had just been heard. The massive snake's body left winding, twisted marks on the ground.

This commotion naturally caught the attention of a group of Iwagakure (Rock Village) ninjas. Their expressions darkened as they quickly reacted and rushed to the scene.

"Swish!" "Swish!" "Swish!"

In just a moment, shadows gathered on the rocks ahead of the giant snake.

Even from a distance, the figures of Orochimaru and the other two standing on the giant snake were spotted.

"Lord Nanli, it's those three! As you predicted, they haven't escaped the mountain," an Iwa ninja said in a deep voice.

Hearing this, the middle-aged Iwa ninja named Nanli narrowed his eyes, his voice low and cautious.

"Do not let your guard down. Even if they are injured, those who dare to infiltrate Iwagakure alone must possess formidable strength. Pass the order: wear them down with ninjutsu from a distance."

The Iwa ninja immediately conveyed Nanli's orders.

The Iwa ninjas, having received the command, showed respectful expressions, and without any hasty actions, they spread out, positioning themselves on high ground as they began to unleash ninjutsu on the giant snake.

"Earth Release: Rock Lodging Destruction!"

"Earth Release: Earth Mausoleum Dumpling!"

"Earth Release: Rising Stone Spears!"

As the Iwa ninjas high up completed their hand seals, a dense rain of stones fell from the sky, pelting the giant snake. Some stones were as small as fists, while others were as large as houses.

Moreover, the ground in front of the giant snake suddenly erupted with numerous stone spears, their sharp tips aiming directly at the charging serpent.

"Boom!" "Boom!" "Boom!"

Amidst the intense bombardment, the giant snake's tough body was eventually overwhelmed by the sheer volume of attacks.

"Boom!"

Finally, after being struck by a massive boulder the size of a house, the snake's body collapsed weakly to the ground.

By this time, its massive body was already covered in broken scales and bloody wounds, and its once-bright eyes had lost their luster, now dull and lifeless.

The three figures on the snake's head had already leaped to the ground.

The three stood back-to-back, relying on each other, their gazes resolute as they stared at the surrounding Iwa ninjas.

Seeing this, Nanli's eyes grew cold, and he shouted sternly.

"Attack! Make sure to kill them all here!"

At his command, the orderly Iwa ninjas revealed fierce expressions, leaping down from their positions and charging toward the trio.

Facing the oncoming Iwa ninjas, the three remained serious but not panicked, calmly analyzing each attack's direction.

"Attack!"

Orochimaru's eyes glinted with a cold light as he rasped out a command.

As soon as he spoke, the three of them vanished from their positions in an instant!

"Whoosh!"

An Iwa ninja at the forefront, eyes filled with bloodlust, hurled his weapon at the three, expecting to kill them, only to see them vanish from his sight.

"Slash!"

A soft sound followed as he suddenly felt a chill at his neck. A moment later, his vision blurred, and he collapsed to the ground.

Beside him, another Iwa ninja, startled by the sudden spray of warm blood on his face, instinctively retreated!

"Whoosh!"

A sharp kunai flashed by, narrowly missing his neck!

"Boom!"

The next moment, a massive rock fist struck Orochimaru, who was holding the kunai, knocking him back. Immediately, countless Iwa ninjas rushed in to continue the attack.

The surviving Iwa ninja, drenched in cold sweat, watched the figure battling against a group of Iwa ninjas, feeling nothing but relief.

However, from his vantage point, Nanli's brow furrowed as he observed the battle. Something felt off.

Despite the intense battle, Tsunade, Orochimaru, and Jiraiya were struggling to fend off the Iwa ninjas' attacks.

Apart from the initial surprise attack that killed a few Iwa ninjas, the now-exhausted trio was barely holding on against the fresh Iwa ninjas. Their defeat seemed inevitable.

The longer Nanli watched, the more uneasy he felt.

Had these three really exhausted all their chakra? Why hadn't they used any ninjutsu?

Suddenly, realization struck him, and he urgently shouted to the nearby Iwa ninjas.

"Finish them off quickly! These might just be clones—the real ones could have already escaped!"

Startled by Nanli's shout, the nearby Iwa ninjas hesitated, but after hearing his words, they quickly passed the message along.

At that moment, down below, Tsunade, who had been dodging and weaving among the Iwa ninjas, was caught off guard. A stone spear suddenly rose from the ground, piercing her abdomen!

The nearby Iwa ninjas were overjoyed, but Tsunade's lips curled into a faint smile. Her pale hand swiftly pulled out a string of explosive tags from her body.

As the tags activated, her figure vanished in a puff of smoke, leaving the Iwa ninjas dumbfounded.

"Boom!" "Boom!" "Boom!"

A series of explosions erupted in the middle of the Iwa ninjas, sending scorching shockwaves in all directions.

Hearing the explosions, Orochimaru and Jiraiya quickly pulled out their own explosive tags.

Moments later, a series of loud blasts echoed across the mountainside, with the intense shockwaves knocking several Iwa ninjas off their feet.

The entire mountain seemed to tremble slightly from the violent explosions.

Although no Iwa ninjas were killed in the blasts, many were injured. Nanli, watching this, was filled with rage!

Gritting his teeth, his face twisted with hatred, he roared.

"Chase them! Don't let them escape!"

At his command, the remaining able-bodied Iwa ninjas quickly regrouped and pursued the three.

On the other side of the mountain, along a deserted path, three shadows leaped between the rocks, racing downhill.

Suddenly, they halted, having received information from their clones.

Jiraiya, supported by Tsunade, couldn't help but grin and laugh loudly.

"Cough... See, Orochimaru, my plan worked! Otherwise, we might not have made it out of here alive."

Orochimaru glanced at him expressionlessly, his subtle disdain only provoking more of Jiraiya's noisy complaints.

Tsunade wiped the sweat from her brow, scolding.

"Enough, we're still not out of Iwa's pursuit range. Focus on escaping first."

Just as Jiraiya was about to retort, the three suddenly froze!

They were engulfed by an indescribable feeling—a cold, chilling presence that seemed to stifle them.

"Jiraiya, even in this state, you can still laugh so heartily?"

A warm, magnetic voice, like a gentle breeze, reached the trio's ears. But to them, it was as ominous as the approach of death itself.

Their eyes turned cold as they looked ahead with grave expressions.

"Tap!" "Tap!" "Tap!"

As soft footsteps echoed, three figures gradually appeared before them. The leader, with a slight smile in his eyes, looked at the three and softly said.

"Long time no see, you three."
