In the expansive palace, Aizen stood quietly at the edge of the area, a faint smile on his lips. His eyes flickered slightly, as if watching something amusing, with a hint of teasing in his gaze.
At this moment, his body radiated a brilliant azure light, resonating with a massive black mist gradually coalescing in mid-air. The chakra intertwined like threads, almost permeating the entire palace.
The blue-glowing chakra threads were extraordinarily beautiful, yet the terror hidden beneath this beauty was even more intriguing.
As an aged and arrogant voice slowly echoed from within the massive black mist, Aizen's smile widened slightly.
Ulquiorra, who was closely observing the situation, was taken aback. His emerald eyes stared at the black mist, with a chilling glint.
As the radiant blue light from Aizen's body gradually faded, the chakra in the area also dissipated into the air.
Suddenly, the massive black mist in mid-air split apart, revealing a tall, imposing old man with white hair stepping out.
The man had wildly flowing white hair, a haughty and unruly expression, a deep scar over his right eye, and a pair of indifferent and arrogant eyes looking down at the people below.
He wore a pair of golden wrist guards on his wrists, a large golden compass at his waist, and a white mantle draped over his shoulders, exuding an air of dominance.
However, when his gaze fell on Aizen below, his arrogant expression vanished instantly, his brows furrowed deeply, and veins bulged on his forehead as he furiously roared.
"Aizen!! It's you!! How dare a scoundrel like you appear before me again!!"
Hearing his words, Aizen remained unperturbed, watching the domineering old man with interest and chuckling lightly.
"It's been a while, Baraggan. I see you're still indulging in your godly delusions, clinging to the title of king even after losing your crown."
Upon hearing Aizen's words, the old man named Baraggan's eyes flickered, his face darkened, and he angrily retorted.
"Aizen! What trick have you played this time, to steal my crown..."
Before he could finish, Aizen interrupted with a light wave of his hand, smiling as he said.
"Is it just the crown, Baraggan? Feel carefully. Is the power you wield still surrounding you as before?"
Hearing Aizen's words, Baraggan clenched his rough hand tightly and swung it forward forcefully, but nothing happened where he waved his hand.
He gritted his teeth, the eye with the scar glaring fiercely at Aizen, and he angrily shouted.
"Aizen, where is my power of decay!?"
Clearly, seeing Baraggan's extremely grim expression, Aizen was in a great mood. He stepped forward, walking straight towards Baraggan.
His eyes were full of amusement, and as he walked, he spoke in a gentle yet magnetic and mesmerizing voice.
"Baraggan Louisenbairn, I thought your time in that endless darkness would have taught you calmness. Yet, you're as irrational as ever."
"Feel it carefully. You are no longer at your peak. Even if you were, to me, you're nothing more than a discarded piece. What gives you the confidence to shout before me?"
Though Aizen's face was full of a gentle smile, it hid a deep-seated coldness.
As his gentle yet indifferent words fell, a bizarre power suddenly erupted in the space!
"Boom!"
The space seemed to tremble continuously, and even the grand palace quivered slightly under this power.
"Clatter, clatter."
Small fragments of stone and sand continuously fell from the ceiling, and below, Baraggan, who initially looked defiant, now knelt on the ground under an immense pressure.
Clearly, he resisted such a humiliating act. As a former king, kneeling to another was the ultimate disgrace.
Thus, his face twisted in fury, veins bulging around his neck, breathing heavily, trying to rise.
However, under the immense pressure that cracked the floor beneath him, his struggle was in vain.
"Tap, tap, tap..."
Amidst the intense tremors, a soft, distinct footstep approached. Baraggan, kneeling with a ferocious expression, mustered all his strength to raise his proud head, glaring at the figure and growling in hatred.
"Aizen, my only goal this time is to kill you!! Even if it means falling into hell again, I'll await your arrival!!"
Aizen paid no heed to his words, merely casting a calm glance at him.
Seeing this, Baraggan's face twisted even more, roaring internally.
Yes, that look! As the king of Hueco Mundo, ruling everything, it was this man who took my power. I will never forgive this disdainful look!
As the king and god of Hueco Mundo, to be defeated by such a scoundrel is unforgivable!!
Fueled by his intense hatred, a barely perceptible black mist began to form around Baraggan.
Seeing this, Aizen's eyes gleamed, thinking to himself.
The power of decay, reformed from the remnants of the Hogyoku's power. Such an incredible will...
Even so, he did not pay it much mind.
Everything created by his hand was under his control. Any variables were merely added fun before the desired outcome.
"Boom!"
Baraggan felt the immense pressure lift suddenly, momentarily stunned, he pressed his hand into the ground.
He looked up, filled with hatred, wanting to ask Aizen why he let him go.
Aizen retracted the terrifying spiritual pressure simulated by his vast chakra, glanced sideways at Baraggan, and softly said.
"Feel it carefully. This is no longer the Soul Society, nor is it Hueco Mundo."
Hearing Aizen's words, Baraggan paused. Despite his arrogance, he wasn't foolish. Reflecting on his unusual reactions, he quickly realized and said in shock.
"Aizen, are you saying... we are in another world!?"
Aizen nodded lightly, and Baraggan momentarily forgot his hatred, his eyes burning with fervor as he surveyed the surroundings.
