Lucien Sullivan smiled slightly: "Miss Walter, do you know who you've provoked?"
Murray Walter was furious, pointing at Julian Russell and screaming: "I love you so much! You wouldn't give me the bracelet, but you gave it to a married woman, who belongs to Mr. Caleb Mamet! Are you insane?"
Julian Russell really didn't want to talk to Murray Walter, but Lucien Sullivan stepped in to block the nearly hysterical woman, "Miss Walter, just because you like someone, does it mean they must like you too? Besides, you should know that Julian has cut ties with the Hughes family. There's no way he'd accept a woman pushed onto him by Sir Hughes."
If this woman really liked Julian Russell, she should have known about the grudges between the Russell and Hughes families. Yet, Murray Walter naively believed that Julian Russell would listen to Sir Hughes and would marry her under pressure from Cory Hughes.
