Todd Reiser excitedly said, "Caleb, you guys are here too! I'm so thrilled! Did you find out that Fiona is Doctor Faces and that's why you came to see her?"
The crowd instinctively parted to make way. Even if they didn't know who this 'Caleb' was, judging from Todd's reaction, they knew he must be a big shot.
But weren't Caleb Mamet and the Reiser family supposed to have cut ties? It appears rumors really can't be trusted.
Wayne Reiser gave a hearty laugh, "Caleb, Xaviera, it's really great that you two could come. Xaviera, did you bring that painting?"
Xaviera Evans also put on a fake smile, "Of course I brought it. After all, Miss Reiser is so talented, she should be able to help me restore this painting."
"Good." Wayne Reiser nodded, a glint of coldness flashing in his eyes.
Xaviera looked at Fiona Reiser and laughed meaningfully, "So Miss Reiser is Doctor Faces? I heard that Doctor Faces made a big stir by restoring an ancient manuscript years ago!"
