Winifred Drew shook her head helplessly: "I'd better not say anything. After all, these are just my speculations. If I say too much, I might be misunderstood. I just analyzed the situation without any other intentions. I have something to do, so I'll leave first."
After she finished speaking, she picked up her books and left, leaving the others standing there puzzled for a few seconds. "Did Xaviera Evans really do something?"
"What Winifred said makes sense. I saw how angry Madam Rome was; maybe there really is a reason."
On the other side, Madam Rome had just entered the office building and hadn't even reached the principal's office when her phone suddenly rang. She answered it impatiently, and an ice-cold voice came through: "Madam Rome."
Madam Rome replied irritably, "Who are you?"
"Sean Price." The man's voice came through the phone, calm and with a touch of amusement, yet inexplicably chilling.
