Entering the courtyard, they arrived at a small building. Sami Bass went up the stairs first, with Ethan Smith and Salena Carpenter following closely behind. After reaching the top of the stairs, Sami Bass halted in front of a door and gave it a knock.
"Please come in," a familiar voice sounded from within the room.
Sami Bass pushed the door open, and Ethan Smith and Salena Carpenter entered the room. Inside, an elderly man was sitting by a desk, engrossed in reading a book.
His figure wasn't particularly robust, with a face that was somewhat stern. An almost imperceptible, yet powerful aura emanated from him.
Seeing Ethan Smith and Salena Carpenter enter, the elderly man raised his head and said with a smile, "You've arrived."
