Chapter 15 - I Want To Talk To You About Your Brother

Colneth remained silent, enduring the pain and keeping his brows from furrowing. He gently placed his hand on his belly and closed his eyes. Dalgliesh believed it was the aftermath of climax and didn't notice anything unusual. He withdrew himself and used a towel to wipe away the fluids from their bodies.

"Do you want to wash up some more?" Dalgliesh asked.

Colneth belly throbbed with pain, reminiscent of a mission day. He weakly shook his head.

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing."

"I'll get some water to clean you up," Dalgliesh said before heading to the bathroom.

Colneth tried to cover his belly, but another wave of pain hit him, causing him to exclaim, "Ah!"

"What's wrong?" Hearing the cry, Dalgliesh rushed out of the bathroom, growing concerned. He helped Colneth onto the bed and began to massage his belly. "Is your stomach hurting?!"

"Um... it hurts..."

"I'll call for medical assistance."

"No!" Colneth bit his lip, "It'll pass in a while."

Seeing Colneth sweaty forehead, Dalgliesh tone softened, "It's okay, let me massage it for you."

Whether it was Dalgliesh words or actions, Colneth stomach gradually stopped hurting.

What Colneth didn't expect was that for nearly half a month after that incident, Dalgliesh didn't engage with him intimately. He couldn't determine if it was due to concern for his stomach or a loss of interest. Without Dalgliesh initiating, Colneth didn't bring up the matter either, as he wasn't fixated on carnal desires.

However, the situation of them doing nothing and spending their days together seemed even stranger. Colneth recalled the incident when he asked Dalgliesh for a separate room and ended up being "punished." He felt a lingering fear and refrained from suggesting that Dalgliesh move elsewhere.

Though Dalgliesh wasn't around every day, he truly was on a vacation here. Yet, Dalgliesh seemed busy, often leaving for a day or even two, even though he had taken leave from his team. Colneth found it odd and wanted to ask, but he didn't want to appear overly concerned. They were both adults with their own privacy, and he didn't want to seem overly invested.

One day, Dalgliesh left early again. Colneth got up, cleaned himself, and went to the balcony to bask in the sun. The balcony held numerous potted plants, facing the forested mountains, providing fresh air. Colneth enjoyed sitting there with a book.

However, his reading was interrupted when his phone rang. It was Tristan, whom he hadn't contacted in a while.

"Colneth, are you available? Let's meet up. I want to talk to you about your brother."

Colneth hesitated for a moment before replying, "Yes," and decided to disregard his current physical state.

"Great, let's meet at the Kengsinton Restaurant. We can have lunch."

"Sure."

After hanging up, Colneth changed clothes and bound his belly. While dressing, he noticed his clothes getting wet from leaking breast milk. He retrieved gauze from the medical kit. Although his milk supply had decreased due to overstimulation by Dalgliesh, it had started to flow again after some recovery. There were times when his nipples felt itchy, and he'd scratch himself when alone. However, if Dalgliesh was present, he had to endure it, allowing the milk to trickle down his belly, sometimes even sliding into his pants. Especially at night, he found his body had become more sensitive and responsive, prompting wetness even when doing nothing. He recalled the time he had been caught secretly pleasuring himself and wondered if it was due to pregnancy, but he hadn't dared to engage in such behavior since then.

Realizing his thoughts had wandered, Colneth quickly reined them in and hurriedly dressed. Due to his growing belly, he noticed the shapewear was tighter than before. He grabbed a loose-fitting windbreaker from the closet, hoping it would conceal his stomach. After all, even though Tristan was one of his few close friends, he hadn't figured out how to broach the subject.

As he left, Colneth decided to leave a note on the table, uncertain if Dalgliesh would return today.

Arriving at Kengsinton Restaurant, Colneth parked the car and let out a sigh of relief. He was thankful he had also bound his chest, preventing his breast milk from soaking through his clothes. Exiting the car, Colneth inadvertently noticed a new limited edition sports car parked beside his own. The license plate was quite interesting, coincidentally matching his birthday. This serendipity brought a slight smile to Colneth lips.

Upon entering the restaurant, Colneth spotted the man who was waving to him.

After ordering their meals, Tristan handed Colneth a folder containing some documents.

"Here's the information about your brother. Take a look. There are also photos here. The resemblance between you two is quite striking, so I'm quite certain."

Colneth took the materials and flipped through them. When he reached the photos, he paused for a moment. Indeed... the youthful appearance of the boy in the pictures bore a resemblance to him. There was also a handsome young man standing beside him, perhaps his classmate.

"Um... Colneth, do you know who adopted your brother?"

"Huh? Who?"

"You might find it hard to believe. It's none other than Lyrion Wyethorne!"

Colneth was taken aback and then asked, "Lyrion Wyethorne... who is that?"

Tristan couldn't help but facepalm, then revealed a wry smile. "I forgot, Captain Etherton, you only focus on national affairs and never pay attention to entertainment gossip."

His teasing made Colneth blush slightly. Indeed, he never paid attention to trends and only watched the news on TV. Even when it came to music, aside from the song he had in his car, he was probably only familiar with military songs...

"Lyrion Wyethorne, a former popular singer, is now the CEO of the largest entertainment conglomerate in the country. You've probably noticed the young man in the photo next to him; I heard he's his son. Since your brother was adopted by him, I believe that stone that has been weighing on your heart for over a decade can finally be lifted." Tristan paused for a moment before continuing, "However... there's something else I need to tell you..."
