As everyone was aware of their relationship, just a few days after Colneth and Colnar had slept together, Dalgliesh took Colneth back with him.
The main reason was that the baby was too young and needed to be nursed at night, making it more convenient to stay with Colneth. Hector even set up a crib for the little one.
Tomorrow is New Year's Eve. Normally, Colneth would stay at the base if there were missions, or spend the day alone tidying up the house if there weren't any. But this year was different, with family and friends around.
Colneth saw Dalgliesh sitting in the living room with Lyrion, drinking tea and discussing national affairs in a friendly manner after dinner.
