Just after they left the clinic, Kim Ki Bum began to vomit. Most of what he threw up was alcohol, along with a mix of used diapers, leftover food, and tree leaves from the garbage bin, which has a pungent and disconcerting combination smell.
At that moment, Kangjeon Tae Hyun returned and stood in the dark pool of water under the streetlight, looking at the two of them silently.
Wiping his mouth, Kim Ki Bum squatted where he stood, gasping for air. Sun Joon Ho opted to crouch down beside him, looking up at Kangjeon Tae Hyun: "What should we do? He can't even stand up."
Kangjeon Tae Hyun suggested letting him rest for a while and went back into the clinic holding the porridge.
Sun Joon Ho was puzzled, but Kim Ki Bum suddenly spoke, hoarsely, "He quite likes you."
