Chapter 3 - Chapter 3 – A Fight for my Life

[Main POV]

As I gained consciousness, I tried to move my arms.

Why was it so dark? Why did it feel like I'm underwater? Didn't ROB say I was going to be born? WAIT! HOLD UP!

My senses weren't fully functional, but I was 99% sure I was in a womb. Well, at least I can think. I might as well start planning my strategy. Unfortunately, that was quite difficult since I have no knowledge of the outside world. Maybe I could try stretching my limbs – WAIT! WTF was that?!?! And why did it move?

At this point, I was fairly confident that I was not the only being in this womb. Great. I had a twin. Maybe we'd be frien-

BAM!

Ow. Who the hell punches someone before they're even born?! Okay that's it. This means war.

[3rd POV]

"I hate you! I hate you! I wish you'd all just die!"

Hera was not happy. She had sent Python after Leto, but that stupid snake had failed. Then she used her powers to ban Leto from giving birth on solid land. But Leto managed to take shelter on the island of Delos. Since Delos was a floating island, Leto would soon be able to give birth.

And Hera could do nothing but watch.

"You're all insufferable! Just die already!"

At that moment, half of Leto's body radiated a red aura, while the other half radiated a gold aura. She then collapsed as the two auras around her clashed in a fierce battle for dominance.

"Well, that was unexpected."

.

"Ahhhh!"

Leto was in pain. She was tired from being pregnant. And being chased by Python. And having to travel to Delos.

Hearing Leto's screams and feeling the divine battle taking place inside of her, one by one all the gods arrived. Each one tried their best to calm her down.

Hestia helped her onto a bed.

Demeter offered her some cereal.

Hera read her a poem on the immorality of being a home wrecker.

Zeus tried to give her a kiss, but was immediately slapped away before Leto yelled, "Just, get, them, OUT! I don't want to be pregnant anymore!"

Complying with her demands, the goddess Eileithyia stepped forward and used her powers to induce childbirth. Unfortunately, she did her job a little too well as the next thing everyone saw were 2 babies, one in a red aura, and the other in a golden aura, flying past everyone, as if they were shot out of a cannon.

[Main POV]

As the battle for my life raged on, I was sure I was winning. Simply put, while my opponent had a similar level of power, they did not have the same skill.

As I shot concentrated blasts of fire (don't ask me how I can shoot fire in water, I assume my Godly powers help with that), they wildly blasted what I sensed to be moon blasts.

How pathetic.

Eventually I managed to get in close and put my superior knowledge of close combat to use, as I put them in a submission hold.

Just as I was about to try breathing fire, I felt myself being sucked out like a vacuum and launched into the air.

For the second time in what felt like minutes, I looked around, not knowing where I was.

Then it hit me.
