"Where are you going now?" asked Ina after she and Kier were done telling each other what happened during the other's absence.
"It seems I have to find a Dragon."
Ina blinked repeatedly, finding it hard to accept what Kier had just said. "Dragons might have never existed. Even the oldest stories speculate they might be nothing but myths."
"Let's hope they are just speculations, then."
Ina exhaled her frustration. She didn't see the point in looking for myths.
But he's chased myths and actually found them, she thought. "Why, though? Why do you want to look for a Dragon?"
"Supposedly, they know all the Runes there are to know. I need them to show me the one I have never been able to find."
"Which one?"
The green glow of Crisia's eyes came to Kier's mind as he remembered it fading out along with her life.
"Madness," he said as firmly as he could.
