Athyn watched the small girl, how her smile grew as she watched her hands glow. The light faded out, but the girl looked down at a notebook she had on the floor, in front of her, and read the weird letters written on it. The ones she herself had written, forming the sentence that made her hands glow again.
The Femage remembered the tickling and tingling that ran down her spine that day. Her very first spell. It was a memory she treasured. A remembrance that would always engender that ethereal sparkle in her.
