Ina, Peppermint, Medes and Kier appeared in Athyn's tower just as the part of the dress that covered her torso fell to hang from her waist. It took a few seconds of everyone processing the scene before Athyn spoke.
"Who…?"
"Why?" interrupted Ina.
"I don't know," said Medes. "It's a thing she's had ever since I met her. I honestly do not have a single memory of her fully dressed."
"Who in Albiel's ire are…?" began Athyn again.
"But why?" interrupted Peppermint.
Mina, the raven, cawed and flew to sit on Kier's head. Everyone followed her, and noticed that Kier stared at Athyn's chest. He wasn't blinking. It didn't even seem like he was breathing.
