"Can we go have dinner now?" asked Ina.
A grave rumble came from the distance. The ground shook, and the sound of snapping wood reached her and Kier.
"No," said Kier tiredly over the rumble of the ground. "No, I don't think we can go have dinner now. Is your flying spell still active?"
Ina nodded. She turned to Peppermint and tapped her shoulder. The fox jumped at the Witch, who caught her Familiar to carry her.
Again, they rose above the crests of the trees. Due south, they spotted a huge stone tower rising slowly. It pushed trees aside, making them fall over.
Medes scoffed. "A wizard tower."
"I know," said Kier. "Could you at least enforce some other stereotype that makes sense?" he screamed towards the rising structure.
