August 14 RING! RING! RING! "Uh what ti… CRAP I'M LATE ON THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!" I rushed to the bathroom to shower and change, then I rushed upstairs to open my brother's room. "YO YANAN WAKE YOUR!" And I body-slammed onto my brother with full force "AHHHHH!" He screams, "what the heck is your problem?!" I told him to look at the time and the speed he ran to get ready was insane and I was in disbelief. When we walked outside of our house we saw our friends Lyon Tamashi and Sana Tamashi, they're siblings Lyon has very long red spiky hair with an athletic body, and Sana has black straight hair and a short tan body. We all went to the same Junior High together. Lyon loves to go to church a lot every Sunday and Sana loves to flirt with us. For me, Lyon and I are cool, but Sana gives me a weird vibe.
Narrator: Michael, Yanan, Lyon, and Sana all start walking to their High School name: jongeku High School while they walk there just talking about what they did yesterday. After a few minutes they finally reached the school and headed straight to their classroom.
In class, Me, Yanan, and Sana sat right next to each other in the back row. Sana said, "We're all in the same class." But how Sana said it in a sexy voice gave me goosebumps and my brother ran out of the classroom and I think he went to the bathroom or somewhere. The teacher came in after Yanan ran outside then she started calling names. I looked at Sana and said, "Sana what the heck!" Sana said, "What did I do? All I said was that we are in the same class!" Then, Sana walked toward me and I looked her dead in the eyes as she walked back looking flustered. I said in my head, "Ugh I already know that I won't see him till next class, what a drag!" I asked the teacher to use the bathroom because I was irritated. The teacher said, "yes you may but you only have 5 mins." While I was walking to the bathroom, I saw Yanan and Lyon, so I caught up to them. We were talking about an RPG game. Lyon said, "so have you guys reached stage 50 yet?" Yanan said, "Nah that stage is way too hard" with a disappointed look. I was just listening to their conversation but I enjoyed their little conversation. Then we saw a circle with a weird drawing, so we all started running. Lyon was ahead, Yanan was in the middle, and I was last because I barely exercised. Then the circles split into three. There was one above us and one below us. Then we were teleported into an empty room.
Narrator: Michael, Yanan, and Lyon got teleported to a weird place. There was nothing but darkness but the weird thing is that they can see each other almost like a void. But after a minute a screen appears in their face and all they see is random pictures.
Through our eyes, we all saw a picture and a title that said option but for us, we can't be scared easily. Yanan said, "you guys slide to the end, there's an option that says risk. There is a picture of a Light and a Darkness." Yanan picks Darkness, Lyon who is religious picks Light, and for me, I combined Light and Darkness which makes Yin Yang so I picked that. All three of us got a letter saying this.
"The world you're going to will be hard for you to understand, but let me explain this to you mortals, in this world, you'll be reborn. Your memories will be lost when you enter this world. Your memories will return but this world is no fun and games, whatever you do is your business I don't really care what you do. You can save or destroy all I care, You guys are not my problem. I was told to get you guys here to that world and give you some options of power. Well good luck on your journey, you will be teleported to the new world in 5 secs. Goodbye mortals!"
I can tell that we were all in shock and we looked at each other but said nothing because we knew that we would forget everything, so we just sat down and just listened to the countdown. "5...4...3...2...1."
Narrator: Michael, Yanan, Lyon got teleported to the new world, in this world it is far different then the modern world they lived in. I wonder what they are going to do and how their life is going to start.
"Maikeru...Maikeru...Maikeru! Wake up, it's your 14th birthday! You have to get ready so we can do some fun activities, not only that today is the day you get your powers and, your father is waiting outside right now let's go!" I woke up and got ready, then I ate breakfast and ran outside. My father said to me, "we're going to the guild to see what type of power you have." One hour later, at the guild, I said, "oh yes only two people in front of me then it's my turn." I saw a strange person in front of me. His name was Lyon, in my thoughts I said, "He looks like he works out a lot." He puts his hand on the magic ball and everyone falls over the magic power except the three of us. We were not affected by it, then the magic ball shot a beam towards the wooden board and wrote Angel of Light.
Everyone was shocked. Everyone including my parents and suddenly two guards burst in and said we're going to take Lyon to the church for his powers and train him. While everyone calmed down the next person named Shamueru went up and put his hands on the Magic ball. Then suddenly, everyone fell to the ground again and suddenly figured out that his magic power is unbelievable. Then the unexpected happens. The magic ball turned black and shot out a black beam and said, "Rage Of Darkness." Everyone was shocked, a random civilian ran outside to get the guards, then ten minutes later 20 guards came in and they grabbed Shamueru and threw him in the cage. One of the guards said, "we are going to take this beast to the demon realm so you all can calm down, resume what you were doing, thank you for your time".
I was in shock and disbelief. Then it was my turn to put my hands on the magic ball. Everyone took cover just in case the magic pressure happens again. So I put my hands on the magic ball and it cracked in half. The color formed black and white I looked behind me and everyone was in deep pain. I was horrified. I looked at the board and it said Yin Yang but in real terms, everyone said "A monster." Everyone was confused and scared. One of them went outside to get the guards. 20 minutes later, three guards pushed me down and put me in handcuffs. One of the guards said that they were going to take me to the king.
"WHY ARE YOU TAKING ME TO THE KING! I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG! I'M INNOCENT!" I was confused and furious. I was struggling to get the handcuffs off. A guard yelled at me saying, "SHUT UP PEASANT, YOU SHOULD BE GRATEFUL THAT YOU ARE MEETING THE KING!" Whatever the king wanted, I knew it wouldn't be good. Near the door, one of the guards came out saying, "the King doesn't want to see this disgrace of a human being, so take him to the Forest of No Return and let him rot there." I didn't know that the king would say that now I was in for it, I was scared not even scared I was horrified. The guards threw me into the cage, locked it, then threw a blanket over the cage so I didn't see a thing.
Narrator: The King send Maikeru to the Forest of No Return a place where high grade monsters gather and where the king send people to.
During the journey of my punishment, I thought about my parents. I said in my head, "they didn't do a thing to save me! They let them take me! I… I… I… I HATE THEM, I HATE THE KINGDOM, AND THE DAMN RULES, I WILL DESTROY ANYONE WHO STANDS IN MY WAY." Suddenly we stopped. One of the guards yelled, "HEY WHO ARE YOU!" A random person yelled back saying, "RELEASE THE FOUR PRISONERS AND I WON'T KILL NO ONE, THE REASON YOU GUYS WANT THEM DEAD IS BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO POWERFUL FOR THE KINGDOM! WELL SCREW YOUR KINGDOM!" Some random person was yelling, and I didn't know there were three more people. The person said, "YO CRIMINALS, MY POWERS ALLOW PEOPLE TO USE THEIR POWERS IN A NO MAGIC ITEM OR ZONE!" Then I heard a lady's voice in the area, and it is getting really warm here. The lady's voice said, "ALRIGHT LET'S BUST OUT OF THIS JOINT!" Then there was another strange sound. One was a Lightning strike, and another was the wind.
"Hey kid what are you doing? Don't you have any powers because people who go to the Forest of No Return have powers?" The guy trying to save us said, "but I was scared and I don't know how to use my powers. "One of the guards said, "HEY KILL THE LITTLE BRAT BEFORE HE KNOWS HOW TO USE HIS POWERS! KILL HIM NOW!" He came towards me, I heard footsteps running towards me so I screamed, "LEAVE ME ALONE!!!" Then suddenly, a voice whispered in my ear saying, "call out the name of your power, the power that controls all the kingdom, the power of all power, NOW SAY THE NAME!" So, I scream the name of my power, "YIN YANG!!!" A huge beam of light and darkness strikes. Everyone was shocked knowing an ancient magic power came back to rule the world. "WHA… WHA... what was that!" The lady whispered to the guy. "You know this world will go into chaos and you're telling me that you are going to bring him in." The guy agreed and the lady was still confused but they couldn't refuse. I said in a very low tone, "I don't feel so good…..." Then I passed out.
Narrator: After Maikeru use up all his energy, the strange man picked up Maikeru and take him to his hidden place where no one can locate them.
"Wha...Wha... what's going on?" I'm trying to wake up, but my body feels heavy. Also wondering where I am. "This bed feels so comfy." Slight pause. "AHHHHHHHHHH everything is coming back to me, about what happened at the kingdom, how my family abandoned me, how I almost got killed, and how I got rescued!'' After 3 minutes of freaking out, now I'm calm. Thought in my head, "okay I'm in an abandoned house, it's daytime, and I remember that there are four people, but I don't know who they are." A strange voice echoed through the room, "oh you're awake. About time! Took too damn long! Are you excited to start training? I already know I am" I was confused about what the person was talking about and asked, "who are you? Are you the one who saved me?" I'm trying to figure out why he saved me. The person then replied, "wow you have a lot of questions. Look to your right, there is the food you can eat, and clothes to change into. You have 45 minutes to do all of that. If you go over the time limit, then you're in trouble. Time starts now! Bye-bye now." I looked to my right and all there was, was a bowl full of ramen, clothes that are black and white, and a note. The note says, "the weak get the same food but the strong get a full course meal, P.S the back of the paper has the directions to your training room." After finishing my ramen and putting on clothes, I started walking and following the directions this person gave me. I heard the strange person again, so I started looking around. I see no one. "Hey! You're right on time, congratulations! Are you ready for your train? I know I am!" I was still looking around wondering where the person was. "I'm right here little boy." I turned around and I was shocked. There was a guy with a baggy jacket and baggy pants but the strange thing is that he has magical armor boots and magical claw armor gloves with chains floating around them. Also, he has white hair which I think is cool.
"So little boy my name is Eren, Eren Ross what is your name?" The way he said it, it had no emotion like he doesn't care if my name is a lie or not. "My name is Maikeru, Maikeru Kuro." It felt weird telling him my actual name but who cares if he was lying or not. "Ah a common name, your training will start on 3..2..1.., ladies attack!" In a split second, I saw three things coming at me: fire, wind, and lightning. But I was lucky enough to dodge them because my father taught me sword style. Three women walked out. "Wow, I'm impressed you can dodge all three blasts!" One of the ladies who shot wind magic." Don't lie Lele, you wanted to hit him so you added more pressure towards your magic." Okay, so the wind user is named Lele. "Ugh everyone shut the hell up! It's way too damn early in the morning Lele! Crystal focus, we are still in training!" There is another one but this one has red mixed with orange hair. "Oh calm down Erma, you're always so hot-headed hmmm." Okay so all I know is that Erma is a fire user, Crystal is a lightning user, and Lele is a wind user, but the most important question is, what is Eren's magic and what is my magic? "Damn this shit is taking too long!" Erma charged at me full force with a killer look in her eyes.
Eren jumped in front of me saying, "Erma darling, you know I already told you to not kill the kid remember." Eren pretends to smile but the real thing he's doing is looking at Erma's breast trying to figure out what she looks like in a maid outfit but that's just in my head. Then suddenly, Lele came in saying, "Eren I would appreciate it if you stop looking at Erma's huge melons cause it makes me feel-" Eren interrupted Lele and said, "okay we are off track ladies, remember what I told you." The ladies said "yeah" in a not so joyful mood.
I had enough of this! I want to use my powers! I want to become stronger. Then there was a whisper. "You want to become stronger, well you already know my name but if you overuse that power then it will corrupt your mind for a while and the reason for that is because your power is half-darkness and half-light, so if I corrupted you, your light power will turn you back to normal. Okay now we got that out of the way, call out my name thinking of what you desire." I realize what I desire for now so I whisper to the voice in my head, "I know what I desire." The voice whispers in joy saying, "NOW DO IT! SAY MY NAME WITH PRIDE!" I get up saying to the ladies and Eren, "HEY! I'm not weak, I'm strong! WHO GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO SAY WHAT I AM!" Everyone laughed at me so I yelled the name with my might, "COME FORTH YIN YANG!!!" The ground was shaking, the ladies were getting scared, and Eren smiled. Then a zone appears filled with only darkness and nothing else. Then I heard a scream that was Crystal clear yelling. "I CAN'T SEE NOR HEAR AND FEEL! I CAN'T SENSE ANYTHING!" Then from the other side, Eren said, "Very good Maikeru, this is amazing! I should call this Dark zone because there is nothing here but darkness, so right now I think I'm strong enough to break it!"
Right when Eren says he is going to break it, I pass out. I woke up in a weird place and the place was split in half. One side is bright and hot, and the other side is dim and cool. A throne and a person were sitting on both sides, one on the dark side and one on the bright side. After a few minutes of silence, the guy that was sitting on the dark side started talking, "wow this is funny! I never thought you fainting would lead you here but even though you're here, you still can't see us. Your power is not strong enough, you are still nothing and the weird part is that you're only a 14-year-old boy who has this power, a power that can create and destroy anything! ARE YOU TRYING TO MOCK ME AND MY POWER BRAT BECAUSE YOU HAVING MY POWER IS THE WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE!" I did not know he was feeling this way, so I looked on the other side and I heard a woman giggle. I was confused why she was laughing, maybe because her light and his darkness hated each other. It seems pretty annoying that the lady is giggling at his pain, so I yelled at her, "HEY OLD GRANNY WHY ARE YOU LAUGHING AT HIS PAIN! ALL HE WANTS IS FOR ME TO BECOME STRONGER! I WILL TAKE HIS WORDS WITH PRIDE AND I WILL BECOME STRONGER!" The lady gets up and walks towards me then she raises her hand then she slaps me. I screamed in pain. The lady yelled, "HOW DARE YOU CALL ME AN OLD LADY! I AM YOUNG AND ALSO, I HAVE A NAME! MY NAME IS YANG. Even though my name means positive, I think you can use my power well. There is no wrong path, only yours." So, the way I use my power is the way I take my path, then the person from the dark side said, "okay so I forgot to mention my name. My name is Zedros." Then Yang pointed her finger at me then shot a beam directly into my heart.
