Slaygor gently lowered himself onto a seat in the arena, cradling his fractured rib cage with a grimace softened by relief.

Slaygon followed suit and plopped himself beside his brother, both of them looking at the pillar of golden light at the center of the arena.
"He's remarkable, isn't he?" Slaygor's voice, tinged with a mix of admiration and surprise, broke the silence. Despite their initial doubts about Bliss, borne from his earlier displays of strength which paled in comparison to past demon lords, this moment was a revelation. Witnessing Bliss conquer the challenge, they found their skepticism replaced by awe.
"Brother, this might truly be our opportunity at freedom. Following him… we might be able to see grandfather again." Slaygon whispered, his voice laced with a blend of hope and yearning.
