"Twenty one, Twenty four… Thirty..." Truth murmured, his voice a whisper of disbelief as he tried to count how many of the giant wolves were lurking about but lost track before they pounced. Their party was considered large but of the eighteen of them, only eight were actually strong enough to take on this dungeon while the remainder were considered little more than escorts and pack mules.
But now facing an attack the rank structure of the party became very evident. At the rear was Roku and Linda both nice and comfy in a fire cage while the ten soldiers with filled rucksacks huddled together in front. Further from that was Khan, Maco and Truth who while they still had their weapons drawn, knew they weren't a match for this caliber of enemies.
