Commander Elijah was a well known necessarily evil guy

he was always ruthless and fierce he had a sharp tounge that won't hesitate to snap back and hit nerves of others

but despite all that he was never removed from his position because he was a guy who never lost a battle before and has the lowest casualties

His men consist of ex-prisoners and cadets who are considered bad apple of the bunchs somehow he managed to make them loyal to his command

"This is boring" Elijah whined as he took another sip of his wine

Allen didn't pay him no mind his eyes focused on the way the wine swirl inside his glass

The sound of gunshot then rang and allen turn towards the source

It was Elijah and the spot where he shot was the ceiling where a red spot begun to spill

"Seriously. are you even listening? If you keep being annoying the next time you ask for rations i won't be sending you some" Elijah glared at the man

"Just bear with it we only got one battles left and we be defeating the enemy" Allen retorted

"You mean my execution?" Elijah blow of the steam from his gun and point it at Allen, "After my purpose was served i surely be dispose of with my men. unlike you who come from a strong bloodline"

Allen raised his hand stopping his men from attacking and lean in closer to Elijah's gun aligning its end in between his eyes

Seeing no fear in his eyes Elijah placed the gun down, "do me a favor and take my little gremlins with you they surely not to disapoint"

"I will"

Elijah eventually stood up from his seat and was about to leave he then saw Allen's right hand man Krion staring at him with a solemn expression, "tsk, your uniform is mess up again"

Krion flinched immediately fixing his uniform it was already good enough he didn't get hit for it again

Soon Elijah's gloved hand pat him by shoulder, "good luck"

Eventually the battle begun large spiders the size of the house chittered around its mouth leak out green acid on the center was the queen who was two times the size of the spiders

Allen raised his arms and his men start to stretch their arrows away

"Hold" Allen commanded waiting for the signal of Elijah

Eventually a group that consists of five begun to rush towards the horde of spiders with no fear they smiled sinistely towards the spiders

The four soldiers have a leaking barrel tied to their back and chest while the one in the middle chug on a vial as they move along

The spiders pounced and spit on them but they remain aloof and smiling soon the one who remain at the center of the four proceed to head to the queen who sucked him dry like a freshly squezed lemon

Krion gulped at the sight and the rest of the soldiers can't help but twitch from the inhumane tactic

"Fire!" Allen commanded and the rain of fire arrows flew to the skies the spiders who was still feasting on the remains of the soldiers was hit

The arrows break as the spider's shell was as hard as a metal however when the broken yet firey end reached the ground hitting the mixture thrown before it sended a reaction the barrels exploded one by one and create large fires

The spiders let out a screech as their feet was burning and their insides was being cooked by the heat

"Fire!" Allen continued to command his men to fire arrows at a rapid speed

The spiders scutter around trying to ran away from the fire some spiders got flip over by the stampede of spiders exposing its soft downsides

The queen keep on shrieking away seemingly trying to command the spiders the ground underneath her was burning yet he was unable to move

The sacrifice of the soldier wasn't in vain as the poison was taken in by the queen who didn't refuse a meal

"Go!!" A shout can be heard across the hill couple more barrels was thrown from the top

The queen try to defend herself spitting fire to the barrels which makes them explode on the air

Elijah smiled as nails rained on the queen blinding five of her six eyes on the process

Allen watch Elijah from afar as the man crossed his arms eyes never leaving the spiders

Countless more barrels was thrown in this time the queen didn't spew fire the barrel cracked open upon impact to the floor scattering more oil that ignited the flames to burn even more

The spiders who try to flee the area moved swiftly that they injured themselves on the metal wires sealing around the area

It was an overwhelming victory and thus the long battle finally was done

"Commander!" A voice rang across the hill

And a lone figure descended slowly from the hills

Allen's eyes widden as he identify the falling figure, "Elijah!"

"Finally at last i'm free" Elijah said softly as he felt the wind brush on his face and he stretch out his arms welcoming the embrace of sweet death
