The original Adam, i.e., the one who formed the organisation, sits at the top of the hierarchy and is the one and only boss who holds absolute power over everyone else. He is usually very busy handling and overseeing important matters.

[Bc] Council of Six

Below the original Adam is the Council of Six, which consists of six different versions of Adam who, whilst not quite as intelligent as the original, still boast more superiority compared to the others. These are the ones who reward, punish, and make sure all the Adam's are doing their job.

Below the council of six is every other version of Adam, who does their own jobs ranging from exploration to working in the technology department and gets their own unique rewards, i.e., Family time, movies, new equipment, etc., as well as being punished for any mistakes.
This also includes any outsiders who wish to join the organisation. They are also bound by the rules of the organisation, so they can be regarded, punished, sent on missions, etc.
