Luffy,zoro, and koby were about to leave the island when elmepo walked up to them."elmepo, so are you going to stay here and become a marine?"asked koby.
"I'm m not sure if I want to be a marine. The truth is I have no goal in life."said elmepo."I just wanted to thank you all for saving the island from my father's tyrannical rule."said elmepo as he bowed his head.
"Well, if you don't have a goal, why don't you come with us we can all travel together and become friends."said luffy as kumi jumped on his head.
"Why would you want someone like me? I'm nothing but a coward who couldn't even help anybody."said elmepo with his head down.
"But you still stood up to your father and tried to help zoro despite the threat of you getting killed. You're a good person, and that's all that matters to me."
Tears streamed down elmepo as luffy reached out his hand, grabbing him as he got unto the cloud. Luffy, I promise I'll get stronger. I won't allow myself to be weak anymore," said elmepo.
All the Marines stood on the shore and saluted as luffy, and the others as the civilians watched from a distance as they flew off among the crowd zoro reconized the little girl and her mother as a small smile came on his face.
"So captain, where do we go next?"asked zoro.Luffy looked forward and said.Our next destination is orange Town.
