The Life of an Old Man ( pending title)

A peacefully sleeping old man, laying on his deathbed, on the brink of embracing the luminescent light, encounters a skeletal being, holding a scythe, draped in a black cloak that covers their whole body, leaving the being's hands and face visible.

The being reaches one of it's hands over the old man, softly enveloping him in a pale, almost illusory aura. The being, sensing something, gradually increased the speed at which they pour this aura into the man.

The man's face changed instantly, his once peaceful embrace, now seemed more like an agonizing revival, as the man, even in his unconscious state, still felt his entire being, shattering and rebuilding itself.

As the being pours this aura into the man, the room filled up with an eerie, unearthly tension. Like an monstrosity made from the countless malevolenices, birthed inside the hearts of humans, will manifest, killing countlessly.

After what seemed like an ever-lasting time, the being stopped pouring energy into the man and disappeared, leaving a steadily awakening man, forced to face the tribulations of that being actions.
