“Haishh, damn, it’s getting too cold,” grumbled a slightly middle-aged lady as she stood at a bus station surrounded by strangers.
“Come on, mum. Didn’t I warn you before we went that this trip would be dangerous for you?” As the middle-aged lady reproached her quietly, a younger lady approached her.
The elder lady scoffed at the younger one, saying, “umphh, who knows what more tricks you youngsters will pull if I don’t come along?”
“Fine, fine,” the younger lady said weakly, taking her hands in her small ones. “Because we are here, please suffer with the cold for a little time. Brother will be right over.”
When she heard this, the middle-aged lady smiled and gazed warmly at her daughter, asking, “How long will it take?” Her frustrations vanished the moment she learned about her son.
