Trey's House
20 weeks...
She woke up the next morning with a smile. Sometime during the night, she'd turned the other way, facing away from him. So she turned back - hard as it was with her bump - to thank him.
Except, he wasn't there anymore. It saddened her but she shoved down the feeling, telling herself he'd probably had something to do.
She sat up slowly, propping a part of her maternity pillow behind her. Nausea hit and her head swam - so much that her vision blackened for almost a minute. Roberta had told her this would happen and told her not to panic - so long as she took her medications religiously.
She wasn't planning on skipping. She'd had a feeling Roberta hadn't told her everything on her condition, so she'd looked it up herself. At a point, she'd had to stop herself from reading some of the grueling pain some had to go through. She tried as much as possible to work less, without becoming a couch potato.
