There were lots of mumur among the crowd of duchess and princesses
"she's so pretty" " oh my her eyes" " her dress is so old fashioned" "she looks like a maid and who is with her" "how old is she" "is she ..."
"Don't let them bother you princess" Mia said as if she had noticed that Terisee was getting nervous
"It's not their words that crack me up it is their dresses and hair I mean how can someone look like a party house" Terisee said and sat down on one of the empty chairs in one of the round tables.
MIa chuckled and sat beside her
" I mean look at them" Terisee said
" I get your point princess but they don't look so bad" Mia said in their defence
" really ok look at that lady beside the buffet she can't even lift the spoon to her mouth cause her dress is so tight" Terisee said
"hmmmm...." Mia said
"look at that lady walking towards the buffet she is literally walking blind because I don't know how she can see with that outrageous hair"
"yeah....."
"I mean what on earth are they killing themselves for" Terisee added with a bit or rash
"I see what you mean princess but let's forget all about it now....the princes"
"What???" Terisee asked confused
"The princes... that's what the ladies are trying to impress" Mia said with a tone of confidence that she had made a point and Terisee just stared at her.
"Princess are you ok ...." Mia added
"now that's just absurd Mia absurd that doesn't make any sense to me I mean... kill yourselves just to get the attention of some rich baby in a man's form who cannot make decisions and who won't even value you. After marriage of less than a year he brings in another mistress or wife and you can't say a thing because he is probably a king by that time or maybe not then he treats you as rag and then you cry your eyes out every night and your kids are your only comfort if you don't have kids then you are doomed as the other wives will fluant their in your face and you will feel so bad then probably commit suicide"
Mia just stared at her probably surprised that she knew so much or said that all In one breath.
"wow nice concept" some one said and Terisee turned to look at the person. She saw a beautiful lady covered in glitter from head to toe with a purple hair color and very bright red lipstick.
"Well thanks..." Terisee said but the lady cut her off
"hmmmm ever heard of sarcasm before? Cause that's what I just did and you did not seem to notice it now did you it's fun, you look like you need fun try it sometime" she said and laughed with some girls at her back who Terisee just noticed
"Well that's not very nice" Mia said getting up
"And who are you I am sure you are just a low life maid" she said
"I..... "Mia tried to defend herself
"Don't... Mia don't waste your time on those who do not have time we are not jobless come on" Terisee got up and took Mia by the hand
"How dare you speak to me like that do you know who I am"
"well I have seen enough to know that you are princess Rene the one and only daughter of king Sahhe of the kingdom of Rechack." Terisee said
"well good you know me" Rene said and her accomplices laughed
"I also know that the bright red lipstick suits you well" Terisee said
"Why thankyou for acknowledging the most important person here" Rene said
"oh my pleasure oh and remember when I said the lipstick suits you I was being sarcastic it's fun like you said" Terisee said and pulled Mia by the hand to the balcony
"Terisee what did you do" Mia asked and Terisee just stared at her. "I mean that was awesome and all but that girl is influencial we could have made like almost all the Princess here our enemies.
"And so what some had to stand up for their right at times most of those ladies are only close to her so that they won't get bullied and that does not make any sense to me"
"Princess....." Mia called
"Do not princess me. You know how I am if Rene cannot respect others, she does not deserve respect or fear at all"
"That's true" Mia said and breathed deeply to calm herself "your right" she added
" I am so glad you are my princess I do not know how life would have been if I had someone like Rene. she was like 'how dare you speak to me like that' " Mia said and giggled
"And those over dressed babies where laughing like hoooo hey ha haha"Terisee said and they both laughed together but stopped abruptly when they heard someone laughing with them. They turned to see a cute girl about fourteen or fifteen giggling
"I am sorry. it was just so funny" she said
"How long have you been there? who are you" Terisee asked
"I am Ruby" she said
"Ruby who ....??" Mia asked
"Ruby from the kingdom of Rechack" she said
"Are you a princess??" Mia asked
"maybe I don't really know I was adopted. The king calls me his princess but the queen calls me a pest" Ruby said
"Women" Terisee scoffed and approached the girl "well Ruby how old are you" Terisee asked
"I am fifteen years old "she said her eyes lit up like she had been given a new hope in life
"Well honey" Terisee said and placed her hands on Ruby's shoulder " I may not be many years older but I do know that you are my princess" Terisee added and slightly bowed making Ruby giggle
"Thank you T. oops can I call you that?" She asked innocently
"Yes dear you can"
"You are not like the rest you are so nice to me. Thanks"
"Anytime dear and feel free to come to my chambers whenever you like" Terisee added with a beautiful smile.
"oh okay I will" Ruby said looking at a smiling Mia

"wow that's nice I wish I lived with you I will be so happy" Ruby said
