Then, from the circle, a light engulfed my body, and my injuries healed at a rate visible to the naked eye. after coming out of my astonishment , I couldn't help but say aloud,
"What in the hell is that?"

'I am sorry man for lying to you, but I will surely try to talk about myself to you in the future and ask for your forgiveness at that time, but now I can't be sure what you would do if you know everything about me,' I thought as I heard him speak

on the tops of the hill in Oakenburn city there is a Castles consisted of a group of buildings surrounded by a huge wall and a moat designed to keep attackers out.
The castle's moat was a deep ditch filled with water. A drawbridge could be lowered to allow people to enter the castle through the moat, and raised to keep others out.
Towers were built in the centre of the castle to provide protection to its defenders as they fought off attackers. Archers could shoot arrows from a safe distance thanks to arrow slits in the walls. A gatehouse is also present for the soldiers who guarded the gate.
Broken glass sound could be heard ,from inside one of the castle's luxury rooms, specifically the mayor's study, but the maids and guards outside ,didn't dare to go inside to find out ,what was going on ,because the mayor had cast a shadow of fear over them ,from the time they knew him, so they wouldn't dare to go in ,if he didn't ask them to do so ,no matter what happen.
"bob what in the world that son of slave is, how dare he how dare he look at me like that refused my orders , the look in his eye when he looked at me was like looking at trash that is thrown in the streets"
bob as he looked as his master a thought couldn't help but cross his mind at the moment 'because you are trash master so he really didn't do anything wrong ,when he did that but even so ,this is not my place to say it ,as i am just like you had became a trash after staying with you for long'
but he couldn't say that aloud.

Bob looks at his usually stupid master, who for the first time in a long time tried to use his mind and couldn't help but be surprised by that, but only a moment later does he remember that his master wasn't a complete idiot but only used his mind when he was scheming or doing evil its just been a while since the last time someone offended him so bob was about to forget this side of his master.
"i don't and I won't allow that man to rest in peace if i can't break him, through mind games ,i would torture him physically until he couldn't take it anymore, i wouldn't do it at once , but gradually so i could give him the hope he could survive ,then in every few days i would upper his suffering in this way no matter how strong his mind is he would definitely break down at some point hahahahahahahahaha"
bob looked at his master keith and couldn't help but shudder a little from the thought of pain that young man would suffer in the next days

while i was healing leo i couldn't help but remembered some of my past as i looked at his scars
I used to be a healer on the battlefield. but for several reasons i was forced to quit against my will
However, unlike Leo, who has already become a slave, I was only sent here by Count Vladimir to stay close to his son in case he becomes sick or injured.
As Leo previously said, most nobles are scums, and even though I wanted to go to the battlefield to help and heal my brothers, yet just because a noble had set his eyes on me because of my talent, most, if not all the brother and friend that i fought with will die when i could have help them.
and as i expected months later after i came to this city i received several letters with the news of a lot of my brothers dying
I lived in this damned city for years taking care of the scum mayor and some gladiators in the colosseum waiting for the chance to get revenge for myself and the brothers who died because of him and his father.
as i was making plans it was easy to gather men who want to help me get rid of keith and his father vladmir, fortunately they both were very popular but not the good popularity as result i have a lot of comrades who wouldn't mind death to get rid of them
So, while looking at Leo, I wondered if I could incorporate him into my plan, but I hesitated.
Although I have only known Leo for few days, one thing I am certain of is that his moral compass is in its place.
He is a good person and may even be a very good person, but one thing keeps me from telling him that is he is a little suspicious,like when I checked his body before I found that the poison that the mayor gave him was not there anymore and there is also his claim of losing memories, which I am 90% certain he is lying about and even if he truly lost memories he would only lose a part of it,like his battlefield memories and about magic but I didn't ask him about it .
as everyone has secrets and there are secrets that you won't tell even to your parents and close ones let alone me, who met him only a few days ago, because of this I decided to postpone my invitation to him until we understand each other enough more
