In the microcosm of Excalibur, Robert, Laura, and others paced anxiously. They had been waiting here for a long time, and they were deeply concerned about Alexander.
Initially, they were able to observe the world outside and thereby keep tabs on unfolding events. However, they soon realized they could no longer see beyond their confined surroundings.
Doubts and worries about Alexander filled the air, particularly for Laura and Lanxi. Had he been killed? Or had he escaped? And if so, why hadn't he shown up yet?
Just then, a flash of light burst forth. A grievously wounded Alexander appeared beside them in an instant.
"Alexander! You're here?!" Lanxi exclaimed with immense relief, rushing toward him.
However, both Laura and Robert immediately noticed the severe injuries Alexander bore. Shocked, they hurried over, saying, "Alexander, you're hurt!"
