"To deliver the invitation"

Jurin was standing in the kitchen and was all healthy. The sickness was only for some days and now she was doing alright. She was doing her work when she heard a familiar voice. His voice as beautiful as he was
"Hello Louis" said William who was on his wheelchair and Karina was also there with him.
"Good afternoon Louis" Karina and Louis exchanged greetings and Louis wasn't informed by anyone that William was going to meet him today.
"This is a surprise" he said and then took them to the living room which was clean and perfect like always. They sat down and then began to talk
"You didn't tell us you were coming" Fred said becoming a part of the conversation between the group. He had been told about William's arrival and came there too from a room upstairs in which he was preparing an important file.
"We didn't actually have any plans to come here and thought that we would ask Oliver to send you the wedding invitation but then since you two are my good friends I,myself had to come with the good news" William said and the meaning of the words was clear. Louis and Fred's eyes met. The same thought in both of their minds.
"So are you getting married?" Louis questioned having a smile on his face while a part of him still was quiet surprised to see his friend who was drowning in depression a few days ago because of heart break being happy at marriage. Louis was happy for him but he wished that this would be a desicison William made for himself and there would be no emotional family pressure on him.
"Yes,me and Karina are getting married next week" William told and handed Louis the invitation card. Louis took the card to check what was written on it when Fred asked William in astonishment
"That's great to know that your getting married to her but may you also introduce her because we have never met or even seen her" On Fred's request William explained to his friends on how Karina was Bryan's younger sister and was also selected by his mother for him. Telling him them some important things about Karina and her relation with William he moved the talk forward by saying
"I want both of you there at the wedding. Mom also wants to see you two because it's been a long time since she saw you guys" The mafia king and his bestfriend learned from William about his mother's wish to meet her bestfriends sons who had grown up now.
"We will surely come without any delay" Fredrick said when Louis told them to come to the table to eat and the four people shifted from the living room to the dining room. The food was on the plates and the plates were on the table. While the people downstairs ate the meal of the afternoon the two girls upstairs in the room were talking to each other when one of them told the other about William's marriag making her shocked
"Wait he is getting married?" Jurin questioned Minnie who was sitting on the bed. Minnie was the only one among the two who heard the news of William's wedding.
"Yeah everyone has to get married at some point or another" Minnie responded to which Jurin asked her about the lucky girl who would take the position of William's wife.
"That's Karina" This multiplied the shock Jurin was going through. She remembered how Bryan fired a caregiver when she fell in love with William but now a caregiver who was also Bryan's sister was getting to have William as her husband
"Doesn't she have a boyfriend?" Jurin had in mind that during the time she spent at William's mansion she saw Karina talking to someone and the ring on her finger and the heart emoji were signs of a relation between them. Between Karina and someone else who she didn't know about.
"What?"
"Doesn't she have a boyfriend?" Jurin repeated her question to get an answer from her friend.
"No,what are you talking about?. It she had a boyfriend then why would she get married to William?" Minnie's point also made sense. Karina was the girl to speak her opinions openly infront of the people and she knew what was right and wrong for her.
"Your right" Jurin said but that still didn't give any understanding to what she saw when she was William's caregiver.
After some time Minnie assumed that they might have finished eating and went downstairs to clear the table. When they went in the dining room the people still remained there but Minnie was correct on one thing. They had finished eating and now were just talking to each other.
"Good afternoon Sir" Minnie greeted William and he returned the greeting with a smile. His eyes went on Jurin and he smiled and Jurin also smiled and said
"Hello Sir" William was not a stranger to her and neither was Karina as they had met before.
"Hello Jurin. How are you?" Karina spoke being merry as always.
"Iam fine" Jurin said and began to pick up the dishes from the table. She was a helping hand to Minnie who once used to work alone in the mansion.
After the table had no plates or any glasses on them the maids then went to the kitchen to wash the dishes. Once they were done with that work too they thought that they will be free when Fred came upto them and told them
"Minnie"he called his sweet love by her name and when she had her eyes with brown pupils on him he told her
"Can you and Jurin go upstairs and clean the library?"
"You can't let me relax for a minute can you?" Minnie said bugged by her boyfriend's request as she was planning to go in her room with a cup of tea and a plate of biscuits and sketch on her notebook.
On the other hand her friend had no idea that this mansion also had a library in it. A library which had shelves full of books and those books had not been opened or read by someone since a long time. The scent of the books remained the same and so did their covers. The only things that changed was the inside of the library which would have dust on the shelves and spiders webs at the top corners of the walls.
"What's the purpose of opening the library now?" Minnie asked him wanting to know why that unused place was being opened again.
"The library is of no use as nobody goes there so I thought why not change it into something which might come in use for us." Fredrick informed them and Minnie already knew what the library was going to be transformed into.
"You want it to be a practice room for you and Louis" Fred placed his hands on Minnie's shoulder and with a smile he said
"You know me so well and don't worry if you need any help then I will be available"
"Alright then. You can take the job to remove the spider webs" Minnie smirked when Fred in reply to her sentence said out
"Anything but nothing related to spiders"

Minnie and Jurin went upstairs with Minnie holding the cleaning supplies and Jurin having the set of keys. The keys jangled as they hitted each other as Jurin and Minnie walked to the room. Jurin opened the lock and the door to the library was opened.
The girls stepped inside the place which had three rows of tall brown book shelves. Different books which had different words printed on them were there. There were three windows and when Minnie opened them one by one the rays of the shining sun were welcomed inside. Those rays were never allowed entry in the place full of books unless the windows were opened and as the windows had been shut for many months their visit was after when a lengthy period of time had passed. Minnie grabbed the supplies and began to clean the room while she gave Jurin the task
"Take all the books out of the shelves and put them in these boxes" Jurin took the cardboard box and started with the first shelf. Taking the books out she looked at them wondering if Louis ever read these several books which he had in this place.
She didn't focus much on what the books were about and just wanted to get the job done with. To grab the books which were hard for her hand to reach she stood on her tippy toes and took them out. She hurriedly got the boxes full with all the books which were in that library and placed them on the ground. By that time Minnie had cleaned the library and she came to Jurin
"Only the top of the shelves are left. Iam going to go and bring the stool and then we can leave" With that Minnie went downstairs to get the stool which could make it easier for her to sweep away the dust on top of the wooden shelves.
Jurin walked upto to where the windows were and now since they were opened it revealed each window showed a balcony at its front. Like the entire house three balconies were also coloured white.
Jurin stood at the balcony looking down at the garden. The guards at the gate were doing their duty and nothing seemed unusual or special.
All of a sudden she felt someone's presence behind her and turned around to see Louis who had her startled and surprised at what he came here to do.
"What are you doing?" Before she could ask him the same question he said it and as the answer she gave him was
"We just finished cleaning the place. Minnie needed to grab the stool for the shelves so she went downstairs" Seeing him nod his head slightly at that she asked him the copy of his question to which he replied
"I just came here to see if you two had completed cleaning the place"
The two stood at the balcony,their talk had ended and Jurin didn't know what he was waiting there for.
"Sir I should go and see what Minnie's upto. I don't know what's taking her so long" Jurin rushed out of the place to find her friend wandering from here to there.
"What happened?"
"I can't find that stupid stool anywhere. You go I'll try to find it" Hearing that Jurin went back upstairs and watching her come back in the library made Louis inquire
"Where is Minnie?"
"She can't find that stool and she is still looking for it" Jurin said the words to which his eyes shot up at the shelves. He was tall but not tall enough to have his hands reach the top of the shelve.
"Why not use the boxes?" Louis gave her an advice and picked up one of the boxes and placed it in a new place on the tile floor. He then placed the second box on top of it.
"Would you allow that?. I don't want the books to get dirty"
"It's fine. Noone's going to read them anyway" And so Jurin stood up on the small tower the two boxes had created and she had the duster in her one hand. However she still remained short to actually the clean the top properly. She wasn't too short but the problem was that the shelves were too tall. And for the first time Louis didn't like those shelves.
He sighed and moved forward and gently lifted her up making her astounded and her neck turned back to him who had her lifted up.
"Just do it quickly. I have other works as well" Jurin dusted the first shelf while Louis had her raised high enough that she could see the top of the shelves and they did the same procedure to clean the other shelves which took most of the space in the library.
When the last shelve was also spotless he place Jurin down and she felt the ground back under her feet.
"Uhm Thanks" Jurin told him to which he remained quiet and at that moment Minnie entered the library exasperated as the stool was still playing hide and seek with her leading her to the ending that
"Somebody stole that stool!" These words left her mouth for Jurin's information but when she saw Louis she was also confused at what her boss was doing here.
"Oh Sir did anything happen?" She looked around the place,her eyes moving from the empty shelves to the windows thinking about what exactly the mafia king came her for. But the books weren't the corret option if to be picked because he came here only to see if the cleaning was done and done well.
"Nothing" Saying one word he went away leaving the library in the presence of his two maids. The maids also had nothing more to do and so they looked at the place for one last time. Carried the books,the supplies and the keys outside. Except for this time the library was to be left opened and not sealed by a lock.
William and Karina had also left and the girls were in their room when a knock on the door was heard. Jurin opened the door to find the male with some packs of snacks in his hand. It was Fred who brought snacks for Minnie and Jurin thinking that they will enjoy them. Minnie's bow shaped lips curved into a smile because even if her boyfriend had her doing lots of work he cared for her in the end.
Jurin and Minnie had a good time talking and eating the snacks together. They talked about various things and also Jurin learnt that she and Minnie would also be there at William's wedding because Louis wasn't to leave the maids alone in the house. He never did leave Minnie alone and always had Fred be with her because he couldn't trust anyone else and those untrustworthy included his guards too. And since Fred was to be with Louis in William's wedding that meant that she and Jurin would also be there.
"Are you sure about that?"
"Ofcourse Fred told me that himself. I also told him what you said about Karina having a boyfriend and he laughed it off. He went on my side agreeing with what I told you"
And the girls continued to talk to each other and even though the bond between them was that of friends. There were some parts of Minnie which Jurin didn't know about and there was a part of Jurin' existance which Minnie didn't have in her mind.
The concealed part was that she existed even before Minnie was born and that was in another time,in another city,in another body and in another life.
