Bare with me for updating chp 7 late... I just finished my exam

"You're awake" Dantalion breathed on her neck.
"Ummmm... Yes I need to get up"Mariana whispered.
"Hmmmm" He groaned and removed his hand.
"Did- Did the maids take me to the bed last night" She whispered as she sat on the bed.
"Why?"Dantalion asked teasingly.
She replied"I just want to know-"
"-Know if it's me"He cut in.
she stuttered"Ummm- No I didn't-", He cut in again"-don't worry I'm not the one...it's the maids".
Mariana felt relieved she came out of bed and was about to enter the bathroom before Dantalion said "And... I'm having Important visitors today I don't want you moving around"
She nodded and went into the Bathroom.
When Mariana closed the door behind her she couldn't help but look at herself in the mirror 'Is he starting to love me... maybe this marriage is not bad after all... I can't help but imagine our future... us... together with our kids... That's every woman's dream' at the thought of it Mariana couldn't help but feel giddy.While Mariana was in the bathtub she looked at the burn she got from the silver door."What was that door? I'll have to find out". She got prepared with the help of the servants and got dressed in a blue off shoulders dress, with hand extensions separated from the dress.
Mariana came out of the bathroom to see Dantalion Finishing up with the maids she stared while admiring his grey eyes... they didn't look normal, it looked alive... like smoke.
"I would be having a meeting in the dinning room... I don't want any problems" Dantalion said while looking at the standing mirror.
"ummm... ok, I'll be in the room" Mariana replied ' I can use this moment to wander round the house... and find out about that strange door, cause I'm sure I didn't imagine the burn'. As she thought of this she looked at her burned arm "it's clearing".
Dantalion turned away from the mirror to leave when he set his eyes on Mariana,He couldn't help but look at her green eyes they looked very pure and innocent like an angel with he white hair... which was an odd colour for a human but she looked beautiful anyways. His thoughts began to go wild 'what if she wasn't just a sacrifice... What if she was my wife....It doesn't matter I don't have feelings for her she is just a sacrifice'. Once he left the maids came in with her breakfast. "Just drop them on the table... I'm coming" Mariana said. "ok My lady" the head maid said and directed the other maids on what to do. When the maids leave she waits for some time before leaving the room.
she walked the opposite way and went to the dark hallway, Where she saw the silver door . As she was walking further the hallway seemed to get darker she couldn't take her eyes of the strange statues of beasts.
Mariana kept walking further till she couldn't see anything. She heard the echoes of footsteps behind her, When she turned back she saw nothing. She then turned forward and saw the hallway extended "Where's the wall that was here" she whispered. Mariana kept moving forward without direction as she kept moving she could see the silver door, she didn't move she just stared at the strange writings on the door. She looked around her and saw a piece of cloth on the floor. Mariana picked it up and wrapped around her hand before trying to open the door.
"My Lady?..." Mariana was interrupted by a servant she immediately threw the cloth behind her.
"Have you lost your way My lady? I can lead you back... you're not supposed to be here."the maid added sinisterly.
"Ummm... yes I got a bit confused while walking aimlessly through the Halls" Mariana lied between her teeth, "Oh I'll direct you back to the main hall My Lady" the maid said.
"Oh... Thank you".
As the maid led the way Mariana turned back to see the door had disappeared and the cloth had burnt on the floor. 'That would have been my hand... but it wasn't that hot before' Mariana thought while following the maid.
Mariana arrived at the living room with the maid and saw the kitchen maid passing with a tray of tea to the dinning room.
"Exscuse me"Mariana called,
"Yes My lady"the kitchen maid turned back. "Can I take the tray to the meeting I... I want to speak with The lord, it's important" She asked politely.
"Yes of course My lady... Whatever you want"
Mariana took the tray and began to walk to the direction of the dining room. Once she reached the door Mariana took a deep breath and exhaled... "I hope I don't cause a ruckus as usual" She opened the door.
