Anne sat in her office chair, her thoughts drifting aimlessly, much like the papers scattered across her desk. Her focus, or lack thereof, was entirely consumed by one man—her boss, Mr. Richmond. There was something about him that had taken residence in her mind, and it was both fascinating and infuriating. Richmond has told her times without number to forget their time together but she couldn't help but think about it. Her mind went back to moments ago.
As she pondered her boss, a man who often seemed larger than life, Anne's contemplation was interrupted by a sudden realization. Her boss, the esteemed Mr. Richmond, was supposed to be on duty, but instead, he was asleep at his desk with a lopsided smirk on his face. It was a scene that left Anne utterly perplexed.
