THE UNEXPECTED OUTCOME
Richmond saw red.
He wanted to lift the cat and fling it far away but he wanted Anne to learn her lesson. It's not everything worth saving, sometimes, you let things be as they are.
Richmond was skeptical about the cat. He narrowed his eyes on the cat when he saw the way it suck on its claws stained with Anne's blood.
The cat closed his eyes in gaiety as the blood rolled on its tongue, the blood was delicious in its mouth, and it wanted more of the tasty substance.
Richmond knew at that moment that Anne was in trouble, he couldn't pick on the heartbeat of the cat but he could hear the sound of the cat licking Anne's blood, this is not an ordinary cat, he thought.
When the cat opened its eyes, the color of its eyes was no longer golden but a dull red, its teeth were long and elongated, quite unusual for a cat and it was looking at Anne with hunger.
Anne was shocked to see such a transformation in a cat.
