As Anne savored the aroma of the omelet and coffee, she couldn't help but marvel at Richmond's thoughtful gesture.
Between bites, Anne gazed at Richmond with gratitude, "You really know how to make mornings special."Richmond grinned, "Anything for you, my love." His eyes sparkled with affection as he watched her enjoy the breakfast he had arranged.
Anne couldn't shake the curiosity about Richmond's own meal. "You didn't answer my question earlier. Have you eaten?"
Richmond chuckled, "I'll eat later. Right now, my focus is on ensuring you have a delightful morning."
Anne playfully rolled her eyes, "You're spoiling me."
Richmond leaned in, his eyes locking with hers, "You deserve to be spoiled. Every day."
After the last sip of coffee, Anne sighed contentedly. "Thank you, Richmond. This was wonderful."
He kissed her forehead, "Just the beginning, my love. There's more in store for us."
