The overlord laughed and said, "You stupid child, you didn't do your research properly."
Elizabeth stood in shock as the Overlord's laughter echoed through the dimly lit chamber. "My lord, what do you mean?" she asked, her voice trembling with a mix of fear and confusion.
The Overlord reveled in his superiority. "No matter how powerful you are as a witch, you are still a weak human," he scoffed. "You don't use your hand to touch the Overlord's essence; your body will absorb it." His eyes sparkled with mirth, enjoying the drama.
Panicking, Elizabeth gasped and frantically looked around the room for a vessel. "What will happen to me?" she implored, realizing the dire consequences of her impulsive actions.
The Overlord, reveling in her desperation, explained, "Your body seemed to have absorbed a lot. My spawns will start feeding on you." His ominous words hung in the air.
