End of The Night
Curiosity piqued, Anne questioned, "What's in the trunk?"
"Check for yourself," Richmond teased.
Anne cautiously approached the trunk, opened it, and discovered a collection of smaller paintings neatly arranged inside. Her eyes widened in amazement. "Mr. Richmond, these are incredible!"
Richmond smirked, enjoying her reaction. "Consider it a token of appreciation for your hard work. I thought you might like them."
Overwhelmed with gratitude, Anne felt a surge of warmth towards her enigmatic boss. She couldn't believe the thoughtful gesture, and her initial skepticism about him began to wane.
Anne, still in awe, moved closer to the trunk and peered inside. To her surprise, she found the remaining two paintings she had been captivated by during the event.
